I started writing some things down but it came out as a wall of text so I'll just pinpoint the obvious. Defense needs to focus (Lohrei, Carlo, god what a bad game for these 2) PP entering the ofensive zone and movement of players - not just the one who has puck and the one next to him Playing closer together - 2nd and 3rd period was all about swirling pucks around the boards where only 1 player went to battle for the puck and the rest watched. Getting out of their heads. They need to enjoy the sport. It seems like a chore for them everytime they start losing. Maybe this is a good lesson for them to learn how to lose and stop caring about it so much and just play the game instead.
Let's be realistic...the Bruins power play is the best thing that can happen to an opposing team. Pass...Pass...Pass...Shot...Cleared from the O-Zone. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. This team can't score even strength, they can't score on the power play and they have a hard time defending when shorthanded. You can't blame the 12 goals in 2 games for Swayman on poor defense, either. This team is lacking any identity right now. There are flashes of effort and then it's gone again. We're a quarter of the way through the season and I'm beginning to think a wild card berth would be expecting a lot. There's still a lot of hockey to play but time is running out to right the ship.
They have half a dozen starters worth a damn. Other than that, tank it, seriously. Better in the long run. Two years ago, I questioned Montgomery's judgment when he didn't start Swayman in Game 5. Up 3-1 and Ullmark had had little rest for a month. Swayman would've won that game on desire alone. I'm not a pro coach, but...I questioned that.

The disaster started in G2 against Florida in the playoffs 23/24, that utter shitshow of a game was a complete failure of leadership. A winnable series, turned into an embarrasment. That's where the room was lost.
The fact that Florida worked out how to beat them, over and over (hint, it's the cross ice passes out of D that Boston rely on so much), that's a structural problem. It was a long time ago, I know, but I remember when the Bruins traded Esposito and Hodge for Ratelle, Park (and a young Rick Middleton). A big trade which made lot of noise but was the shakeup needed and it worked. A new coach and a real shakeup type trade needed here right now!
