Thank you so much! Im just learning Reaper fresh and using it to edit podcasts, tried to do it myself by copying but I knew there was a more efficient way. There is so much to learn with Reaper but it is so fun
Hi, I tried to download SWS extension, but it didn't work. I am asked to create a liberary/ Application Support/REAPER/Users plugins. How can I create this folder. I am new, please guide me to do that.
1. Open Finder 2. Use the keyboard shortcut: Shift+Command+G and paste the file path: Library/Application Support/REAPER/ into the window that pops up. 3. Use the shortcut: Shift+Command+N to create a new folder and rename it: Users Plugins 4. Place the extension in this folder
Hi guys, don’t know if anyone can help me. I have downloaded the SWS extension and saved into Reaper in order to loop. But it doesn’t show as an option when I reach the part for Default Option. Could this be because I still have Reaper under initial trial and haven’t bought license yet? Any help appreciated! Am frustrated.
Hi Julie, Did the SWS extension install correctly? (It took me a while to figure out how to actually get it installed properly after downloading). Might be worth checking.
@@TheHomeMusicMaker thanks. It looked like it did. I am not sure how to check since I can’t figure out where the system has saved it. I will try again. Thanks!
Double click on "default action" and select "Action List" . .a dialogue box will open up. . then next to filter type in "SWS loop section of selected item(s)" and then click on "Select" at the bottom. That should do the trick
Downloaded extension but it doesn’t come up as an option under Default Option. I saved the extension in Reaper as it suggested when I downloaded it. Don’t know how to get it to come up as an option though!

You could just hit 's' at the desired loop point, AFAIK. But, the double click edge option is nice too.
thank you❤️❤️
No problem. 👍
I can’t see the link for downloading the SWS extension you mentioned. Where do I find that?
Hey, The link is in the description 👍
How did you know I wanted to loop in reaper? Nice.

Hi Jack:
In Reaper, are there settings for looping a specific number of times as the music progresses? Thanks
