Personally, as a first generation Italian-American, I'd love to meet the former widow,Lady Gucci !
Until one understands the old Italian culture, one cannot understand the former lady Gucci or appreciate the ' House of Gucci ' to its fullest. ⚖🎯

@@marianserra8371 As a born and raised italian, born and raised in Milan, I can tell you she was simpliy a witch, and nuts... not much of the old culture in her. Sure Italians can be narcissists, but we would all agree she should've spent her life locked up.

@@marianserra8371 I'm also first generation Italian-American but I think this is just plain greed, jealousy and arrogance. Yes, her husband cheated and she was afraid that her fortune would be cut in half but, they were so rich to begin with I doubt she would miss anything.. To then hire a hit man not thinking that she would ultimately get caught is really stupid. I find it disgusting that she can then go back to her lavish lifesty.

@Lindy T I believe you're correct. It happened to my beat friend who also had m.s. she kept getting worse and worse. She and her husband begged the doctor for an MRI , denied she was having seizures and said her symptoms were due to the M.S. in 2008 an 2009 when the housing market fell out of California. The SD their home and moved to Oregon, where her mom was. My friend saw a pow dunk doctor in an 1 doctor town in Oregon. Well, he did that MRI alright and the next thing she was being airlifted to.Eugene Oregon! She had to move out of California to get the correct diagnosis. It was too late though, it was a benign brain tumor that grew and grew. They removed as much of it as they could and hit it with some type of chemo or radiation that targeted the tumor. It did affect her personality and memory. What should have been a removal of a benign tumor several years before became a nightmare for her. She died June 11, 2011. She was only 55 years old. If they had only listened to her and her family and not blame everything on. Her M.S. she'd be alive today. Her name was Debi, she was my best friend and the Doctors she had were with Kaiser- Permanente. 💔 🦋 ⚖

Maurizio's entire estate should have been left to his two daughters. How Patrizia Gucci got her hands on her ex-husband's money is astounding especially since she was found guilty of murdering him in an Italian court of law.

Well you know here in Italy....criminals can pretty much can get away with everything. Even if you're already convicted. It's really a strange country to live in. For example , if you go and buy some groceries and coming back you found somebody abusively got into your house and change all the locks and claims that from now on they will be living in your house there's pretty much nothing you can do coz for the italian law lets say, they can do that. You can call the police tell them it's your place but they can't do anything about it. You have to find a lawyer, you have to go to court etc etc. and it could take months or even years for you to be able to get back you house. It sounds surreal but it's true! Here, you can get out of jail easily. Especially if you are rich. Well I guess being rich can save you from a lot situations but yeah, hate to say this but Italy is a paradise for criminals ...

1:00 Patrizia was offered to get out of prison early if she agreed to do only one day of community service, but she stated, “how dare you, I don’t work for a living.” What’s so outrageous, is that in Italy, you can murder your spouse, and still collect alimony, inheritance, and property, etc. In the United States, if you get found guilty of the same type of crime, you cannot inherit anything. Such as, with the Menendez brothers that were convicted of killing their parents over 30 years ago, when they were found guilty, They couldn’t collect any money

How dare she? What a greedy, evil, narcissistic woman. Always get a pre-nup. Esp nowadays where people rarely stay married for long.

There’s this huge marketing campaign to make people believe that Adam Driver and Lady GaGa are great actors. They are not.
    Looks like great cinematography though.

They didn’t actually sit with the real people they are portraying before making a biopic. This is just a drama movie, not a biopic.

In Italian Allegra means “happy”. For us, it doesn’t sound that terrible… but a bit eccentric.
