Hi Leigh love the cushion finish,Long way home also beautiful on that fabric, wishing dad a speedy recovery🤞,have a good week Thankyou for sharing 🇳🇿❤️🪡
So in love with your Long Way Home. It's definitely up there on my wish list. Here's to a finish! Love your random stories and the sound of mowers! Happy stitching.
Good to see you doing better Leigh. Bless your sweet dad.... he needs to catch a serious break!!! Love the first pillow, and your almost finish.... gorgeous colors as always. Fingers crossed you get a new opportunity from this that you are interested in!! 😘😘😘😘🤞🤞🤞🤞
So pleased to hear that your Dad is picking up. Good luck with your job application. Super video - love hearing your stories and seeing your beautiful stitching.
Hi Leigh, loved the lost and found stories. Really enjoyed Hamnet so much that after I finished reading it I listened to it on Audible and it did not disappoint. Happy stitching and reading.
Oh. Yay. Looking forward to having a Shakespeare themed read - perhaps during my holiday - I have Judy Dench’s memoir based on her theatre life with Shakespeare to read too.
Loving your Tempting Tangles piece Leigh. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Lovely start and finish too. Hope your Dad is doing OK. Take care. Happy stitching 😊
Thank you for the video. Your almost finished is wonderful. I love your randomness it brought so many memories back to me that have been lost. I was in the Salr Lake Temple for my husband's sister's wedding, and my husband asked the helper to make sure not to leave me, or I would still be lost in the temple for years. It is a wonderful place to get lost in, so I wouldn't mind, but he had plans that night. So I not only lose things but myself to, not to panic someone always finds me and gives me a ride home, there are lots of angles around just for lost me.😊
Love the random transport tales at the end - especilly the way your wallet was returned at the airport. That sort on thing is one of the many reasons why i love living in NZ❤. Hope you have a good few days - see you Thursday 😃
Good luck with the redeployment role, I’ll be crossing everything for you. Did giggle when you said about the door open as I was frantically opening one of mine to cool myself off…. That wee finish is gorgeous! - take care, Nic x
Thanks. Gotta give anything a shot. I’m not trusting the redeployment process for reasons I can’t share but … not getting over invested. Despite my four page submission.
Hi Leigh Glad that your Dad is doing okay - at least he is a little bit better. Keeping him and you in my Prayers. Love all of your WIPS - making great progress on them. Take care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🧵🦯🧵❤️
Nice to see you again Leigh. Glad to hear that your dad is okay - hopefully he continues to improve from the sciatic issue and they can sort his meds. Good news on possible work for you. Have a great week.
Good luck with the job. I'm also going back to work in my previous job at a law firm, don't know if I will still have time to stitch then. A bit late of one day, in watching your Flosstube. LOng Way Home has brighter colours and I love it
Of course another great video. I love the Scarlet House cushions, if I made them they would be quite a bit bigger as I usually work on evenweave 25 count. You certainly sounded a lot brighter today. All the best re the possibility of the new job. Have a great week Leigh . Happy Stitching and I know there is no hope of your needles rusting.🧡🙋♀️
Great to see such a smile on your face today! And I enjoy the random stories. I am in the same boat with my dad - we are scarily similar both in good and bad ways. So watching him age can seem a bit like looking into some twisted crystal ball. But hey, we still have them around, right? That's what matters! That's what I tell myself when Dad is telling me a story for the 100th time - one day I'll wish I could hear it again, so enjoy it now. Have a good week!
Two main differences between dad and me … who we vote for and our blood type. The latter has to count for something eh? My sister is more like our ma’s side of the family but has dad’s blood type and I’m the opposite! Crazy.

I enjoy your random tales as much as your stitching! 😂
Thank you. Half of me thinks I have a chance with the job. The pessimistic half doesn’t. Oh well. 😕

Three episodes of The Night Agent. That’s how much backstitch there was 😉

He really does deserve a bit of a let up from the ageing related issues!
As for work … can only but try, eh?

They could be actual useable cushions! They would be fantastic.
@@CreativeLeigh1919 They would indeed😘

Yeah. My poor dad. He had a better day today. Just talked to him as I was waiting for my train and he was enjoying his dinner. ☺️
