I love the colors you are using in your Blessing Sampler & agree totally that Blessings come from God. I started a Sampler on 1/1/25 but not sure I'll get it stitched by the end of this month! I hope your area isn't hit to hard with this storm.

I have some vintage shiny brite ornaments, but I have boxes of the reproductions of shiny brite by Christopher Radko, too. I just love the colors of the ornaments. I love glass blown ornaments by Radko as well. I may have to do that cross stitch as well. Have a great week.
I love old buttons! I use them often in my finishing. I agree about the blessings sampler. I stitched one myself, but of course I don't put my faith in that. It's like eating pork and sauerkraut on New Years. It's a fun thing to do, but my faith is in God.
Love the idea of small gift exchange! Sounds fun! Thank you for helping us think of color changes more readily! We all decorate our homes in our own color palettes; after putting in all that work on something… it needs to blend! I do find it difficult to see a pattern in a different color way.🧐🤓

I usually cross stitch in hand doing the sewing method. For my new stitch I am having to use a hoop. I am concerned about leaving hoop marks on my fabric a stitches. I take it out of the hoop each time I'm done stitching. Do you iron your piece every time you take it out of the hoop. I'm really worried about putting all this time on my stitching and havin hoop marks I can't get out. Thanks for any advice.

I do, I try to make sure everything is pleasing to the eye. I definitely try to take color tones into consideration when pulling flosses.
