Hi Doreen 👋. Nice video , as always. Your stitching is beautiful. Another retreat would be fun!! It’s hard to choose between summer or winter but I may be partial to summer. Whatever you decide I would definitely try to attend. The simple gathering of stitching friends is enough for me, a no-frills no-stress party!! Happy stitching and can’t wait to hear what you decide for the future retreat.
Beautiful campground! Your retreats are too far away for me, so I won’t weigh in on your question. Having said that, I sincerely hope our paths do cross one day. I’d love to meet you.
Oh my goodness Doreen! That frame is so beautiful. What a treasure to have your daddy's frame and your needlework! How special! Love your flosstube as always. November or December are both fine or maybe May ❤🎉
You are so talented and your stitches 🧵 is Beautiful. If your son or daughter in law don’t like the frame they can paint it black and that should make it work with their style. I hope they don’t put it in a closet because a hand stitched gift represents so much work, thought, time but most importantly love❤
My favorite was Stitch Every Day. That was definitely a keeper. Sometimes projects don’t go as planned. I have had plenty of those experiences but was always glad that I persevered!
Thank you! I'm working on it right now, and just discovered that I need to change one of the colors. I started stitching the thread in the birds beak, and it doesn't show up, so I'll have to change the color.
Just found y'all and now I have to go back and watch all of your prior videos. Ashville is a beautiful place, especially in the autumn. Beautiful stitches and Scout was awesome, always love seeing the fur babies 😊 Happy Stitching -Kimberly
I would so love to join you in a third retreat - that sound perfect to me. But it's just too far away. Maybe someday! Thanks for showing the campground. What a beautiful place to stay.
Love the Stitch Every Day piece ❤️ Oh and that campground was beautiful, but I totally understand that it might have been a little too quiet! Thanks for keeping me inspired, I just finished an old sampler from a 1988 Country Living Decorating book, now I'm on to another sampler! Your retreat idea is wonderful but not geographically acceptable! I divide my time between OH and FL, darn!!
Needleworker is going to great in the barn wood frame!!! Wow the white light is bright! I bought a new light that has 10x mag…. I need all the help I can get Oh my goodness, that would be the perfect campsite for me!!!! If I camped😢 No noisy neighbors, so I can just sit and listen to nature❤❤
That was a lot of fun! I went and printed off the Barbara Ana design and also the Homespun Elegance design. I loved "Stitch Everyday", and I went and ordered it. I loved seeing what you have been working on. I really liked the Needleworker design and the rustic frame that you have for it. Oh, and BTW you showed us the free Miss Snowy design a few months ago and I got that stitched up right away. (:
June would be great for me since my daughter could go with me. I like the idea of just having stitching time. Definitely stay and stitch and maybe some hiking. In fact, I thought that was the original plan for your first retreat. I love a peaceful campsite…love quiet.
The frame is perfect for your Needleworker piece. Love the patriotic freebie pattern…I am thinking it is two separate designs. Your stitch Every Day piece is beautiful. Can’t wait to see your “stitching” wall. Thanks for sharing😊! Yes to another retreat…November/December is something different (but weather may be an issue). I like the keep it simple and stitch idea.
That campground was definitely beautiful, too bad it didn’t have Wi-Fi. Your sewing theme stitches are so great, but how frustrating to have to unstitch two times on the same project. Retreats are always so fun spending time with people that like the same things. I hope you get some good suggestions on a location. Door prizes and all the frills are fun but not necessary. Good luck with your preliminary planning, I hope something works out. I think your videos are great and I enjoy your content. I like videos that are 30-45 minutes long. Thank you!
Thanks Sandy! I don't like really long videos either. Adding the campground video on this one made it a little longer, or it would have been really short!
I am strictly an Aida stitcher and was wondering how you stitch on upholstery linen. I can’t see where there are holes. I guess you can’t see it very well on TH-cam but I just don’t understand how you can Crosstitch on it. actually I can’t understand how people Crosstitch online linen. I have looked at it up close and I just don’t see where the needle goes in and out how do you keep a straight line. Just curious.
I am glad you are a monogamous stitcher! it gives me a break from trying to keep up. lol
Haha. Sometimes I think about doing multiples, but I always change my mind about 2 seconds later. :)

Thanks Sheri. It will definitely be winter. Hopefully the snow will hold off. ⛄
Your Stitch Everyday is sew beautiful!! I love it! I love your style!! Your floss tubes are so inspiring for me! Thank you!!
Thank you so much! I appreciate you. :)
Beautiful campground! Your retreats are too far away for me, so I won’t weigh in on your question. Having said that, I sincerely hope our paths do cross one day. I’d love to meet you.
Awww, thanks Janet!
Thanks for your stitching update Doreen, always enjoy catching up 😊.
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching.
Paint the frame. Beautiful display of all your pretties with your gorgeous stitching. Love your camp site, and yes, that would be way too quiet.😊
Thank you so much!

May would be too close to March. I think I'm going to plan a winter one. Ugly Christmas sweaters, Christmas cookies, and an ornament exchange.

Thanks so much! I mailed it off today, so we'll know very soon if they love it or just like it. I'm ok with it either way.
My favorite was Stitch Every Day. That was definitely a keeper. Sometimes projects don’t go as planned. I have had plenty of those experiences but was always glad that I persevered!
I love how that one turned out. Top 10 of my finishes. :)
I like your needleworker wip and the frame your dad made. ❤
Thank you! I'm working on it right now, and just discovered that I need to change one of the colors. I started stitching the thread in the birds beak, and it doesn't show up, so I'll have to change the color.
Your WIP frame is priceless ❤
Thank you!

Thanks Kimberly! Welcome 🤗
Love the camp ⛺️ ground looks so relaxing ☺️ have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
Thank you!
Love your finished, the frame is beautiful, I think it makes the stitching stand out!
Thanks!
Stitch Every Day is perfect for a centerpiece on a wall. Yes, you do have a halo!
Cause I'm an angel! haha. Some people would disagree.
Doreen your Stitch Every Day turned out great. I think your stitchey wall is a beautiful idea. Have a great week!
Thanks Robin. I'll start hanging the finishes, after I get a few more done.
Hi Doreen! LOVE your stitching. I can’t travel due to health issues but your retreats would be fun! Cant wait to see what you are up to next! 💞
The planning has begun! I've already spent hours online, trying to find the perfect location. Thanks for watching~
I would so love to join you in a third retreat - that sound perfect to me. But it's just too far away. Maybe someday! Thanks for showing the campground. What a beautiful place to stay.
I told someone yesterday that you could be the guest designer, if we lived closer together. :)
Love that campsite. I would love to try a place like that for a day to just listen to the birds!
It's gorgeous there. If it wasn't so windy, and there wasn't barking dogs next to me, I probably would have stayed through the night.
Stitch every day is great.
Thank you! I'm loving it.
Yay!!!! I'm in for another retreat. December would be awesome!!!! The Pride Resort is a great place. But ill go anywhere.
I'll be there 3 times this year, so I was thinking a change of scenery for a gathering.
Love your fully finish! ❤
Thank you! It's one of my favorites.
Beautiful Quiet place for camping, I like some noise. Thanks for the video and you are an angel ! Elaine
Haha, an angel in disguise. 😇 Thanks for watching
Love the Stitch Every Day piece ❤️

Thank you! I haven't done a lot of samplers. I did like the ones I have done, but they take too long for a monogamous stitcher. :)
I love your FFO!❤
Thank you!

Thanks! I just stopped stitching for the night. It's all done, except for the border.
@@PriviesandPrimsNeedlecrafts just finished watching your video. So I posted more to my above post.
@@charj57 there were two dogs at the site next to me, that barked pretty often. That was rather annoying.
Beautiful campground! Thanks for mentioning the older punch needle pattern.
You're welcome. I just saw it posted a couple weeks ago. Now I need to go back and look at all of the older issues, to see what I might have missed.
I have that Barbara Ana pattern. It is on my to do list! It is 2 separate patterns.
Thanks for clarifying that! It will be an awesome project to stitch!
Enjoyed seeing your posts. I live too far away to comment on the retreat. You can’t please everyone so do what makes it easier for you.
Thanks Debbie!
Love your display of needlework. Would love to go camping again but at 84 I just stay home and stitch. Tennessee was my favorite state to camp in.
I totally understand. I'm already starting to prefer the camping cabins, instead of taking my camper.
That was a lot of fun! I went and printed off the Barbara Ana design and also the Homespun Elegance design. I loved "Stitch Everyday", and I went and ordered it. My retreat is pretty relaxed, but we do have one activity each day.

I think it will look great in that frame. I haven't put any on the wall yet. I wanna wait until I get a few more done, and framed.

I can see it clearly, but I need a magnifying light. I can see the holes without one, but I'd be straining, and probably make mistakes.
