Want nanites fast? And some storage slot augmentations? Go to: th-cam.com/video/8R1VDf4LHX8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zMwqrMBE3-KzFjFq Nanite farming is at 7.11 minutes or about 3/4' s of the way through. #NOTE: Duplication is only one of the ways I play. I have several saves so I can explore all the ways one can experience NMS. That is how I have learned so much about the game in the 2500+ hours I have played it. So, please respect each others choices, we all play differently and have different demands on our time. For example, I know someone who would never duplicate and only played on survival, until the had a child. Now they are limited to playing 3-4 hours per week, which has changed their perspective on duplication. If you are new, you will soon realise how mindbogglingly huge NMS is. There is far more to it than following a story line. Depending on how you play, it can consume large amounts of time. I started duping after I got hooked on building, because the building in this game is truly a creative art form. It can take hours to make a Kaleidoscope. However, we have creative mode now, which helps. After having said all that, I am enjoying my permadeath playthrough, though it is taking forever. The important thing is, that we all enjoy playing, and we support other player regardless of how they choose to play. Cheers.
Great. Remember that copying your ship and multitool costs Nanites and you can’t take them into the expedition with you. So I suggest taking the personal refiner tech and as many fungal mound as you can muster 👍🏻
The salvaged data and hyaline brains refine into a lot of nanites, much quicker to farm than fungal mold if you use some duplication (Shhhh, that's why I took them). Towards the end of the video in the following link I Show how to farm Hyaline Brains th-cam.com/video/8R1VDf4LHX8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zMwqrMBE3-KzFjFq The portable refiner automatically goes with you so you don't have to take tech for it. I don't use the personal refiner that as much as the portable. Once in the expedition, you can buy the fungal mold blueprints at the anomaly, you can use the wire toggle mode to plant then into the ground (at no cost) on any planet, so you can make a huge farm if you want to. Oh my, there is a crazy amount of stuff to learn and do in NMS. I've played it for over 2500 hours, and I'm still discovering new things. Cheers
@@GrannyPlaysGames-dm4hq Agreed. I can’t use the portable refiner on space stations or on the anomaly though. Still don’t know how to wire glitch on Xbox. !! All the supposed explanatory vids on you tube don’t describe the process in an easily understandable manner. Don’t like to waste salvaged data ! 👍🏻👍🏻
@@Bazgren8843 I'm on PC but in some of my wire glitch videos I put the controls up on screen for Xbox and Playstation. Sorry, I cannot remember them off the top of my head. I have them in the 'How to build a floating base' video parts 4, 5 and 6. There are 6 parts that go from basic building to a kaleidoscope in part six.
Hi there! Do you have Discord? It's a great time to buy it with all the new upgrades. The new Expedition is so much fun. Oh, I remember who it is BTW. :)

@Bazgren8843 I took a lot of copper to refine into chromatic metal, as I need it, which saves a slot.
