Hello, Patricia. I live in Australia. I love poetry and solitude. My community is the natural world around me - much as you describe it here. I have shied away from alternative therapies for much the same reasons as you have described in previous videos describing your own paradigm transition. I avoid writing in the comment section. I rarely, if ever, respond to the little red bell in the top right corner or express approval by clicking "like", though I may use it to stimulate the algorithm to add a piece of music I have enjoyed to my playlist. I am here, I am listening, and I would just like to say how much I appreciate your thoughts and would like to thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience in these matters. Thanks
@@amywas1 it's lovely of you to make the effort to comment thank you. I'm reaching out to people to try to help them navigate the difficult path to healing. But i am aware it's not an easy thing to do and am so glad you're enjoying my content. It's simple but honest. Love that your community is the natural world. I am also drawn to this.. but we need humans too. Thanks for reaching out to this one!
@@amywas1 there's a whole body of research on that. See also Anatomy of Illness by Norman Cousins. He actually healed himself through laughter! Maybe that's another video!
Hello Patricia, I’m very happy I came across your video. I’m a 52 French-Australian woman. I can relate to what you say about self healing one has to do though It’s really hard. I’ve been struggling for months due to health issues and years now due to emotional deprivation. I really need help on my healing process.
@@sabinelhotellier1115 thank you. For sure it's both - self healing and being held and guided by another. Almost impossible to do on one's own because it takes relational safety.

Oh, yes, I forgot to mention the role of humour, which I believe to be a potent catalyst in the cauldron of healing processes.
