  • Cornstarch Strawberry Boba/Pearls
    Two Servings
    2 tbsp strawberry syrup
    1 tbsp water
    3 tbsp cornstarch or tapioca starch
    1 tsp cornstarch
    Strawberry Milk

      tapioca is used in Cornstarch so don't have to look to far

    My mom got me the stuff to make this and I’m so excited to try it. It’s kinda late so I hope I like it lol
    Edit: I tried it and OMG ITS AMAZING. I recommend making strawberry syrup from scratch

      @@nanamadrigal8150put strawberrys, sugar and a bit of water to boil then strain it and cool it down

    Tried it and it was pretty good! I would cook it for longer, and it wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped, but nice!

      After the bath with ice water you can put them in syrup or honey and let them absorb it. I think it will be tastier. 😊

    Can I make strawberry purée with fresh strawberries and use this same recipe?

      I'm sorry I do not recommend fresh fruits . Better you use sugar. Please watch my other videos using sugar, syrup or candy. Thank you.

      I do not recommend the corn flour because you it does not taste good when I made it. Definitely no to baking powder. Thanks for watching.

    How do these compare to regular boba? The cooking time is significantly less and uses a lot less starch as well.

      You can make your own with strawberries water and sugar. Thats how i did mine and i left the strawberry chunks out and it turned into jellyy yumm 😋

    I used corn meal instead of cornstarch bc I didn't have cornstarch, and all I'm saying is that they aren't the same and don't try cornmeal

      In the UK, we do not have much cornstarch.. so we have to use cornflour :(
