This edit is an UPDATED version of one I made prior to the release of Black Adam where I added trailer scenes into a clip from Shazam! where the Wizard speaks of Black Adam. Exept in Black Adam the "twist" is they didn't choose the wrong person, the og champion was pure of heart but gave his powers to Black Adam because he's his dad and and didn't want him to die, who then was the one abusing it for revenge.
Really great video I love both movies and the way explanation of Adam’s power causing the Wizard to realise he and the rest of the wizards made a mistake was really good

Well, maybe the seven wizards had just realised that they had chosen the wrong boy because they didn't know that the boy would have very personally given up his powers out of their control for his father, who didn't even really know how to use those powers very fittingly and very wisely according to the wizards' books or rules.

but the wizard's DIDN'T chose Teth Adam (Black Adam). They chose his son Hurut. Then Hurut almost immediately gave his powers to his dad lol.
It seems like they didn't learn the right lesson. They did in fact give it to a good person, but didn't account for him giving it to someone else.
They probably didn’t know that Hurut gave his powers to Teth Adam and assumed he was Hurut when the imprisoned him.

And to say this, that same salty DC fans will be begging for Dwayne to continue being Black Adam in 2 or 3 years later. The same way salty spidey fans begging Andrew to come back as Spiderman after they trash talked about him in 2012-2014

So basically, the wizard lied to Billy Batson but in a good way. The wizard said that the seven deadly sins killed his siblings but it's not rather it's Black Adam. He told him that so Billy won't end up like Black Adam who's rebellious.
Technically they didn't choose Teth-Adam, thye chose his son Hurut who then just gave up his powers to his father. So they didn't chose recklessly, Hurut was the perfect choice but they didn't accounted for that he would gave up his powers.

So when you watch Black Adam, the story is a lie. It is Black Adam who killed the wizard's foster family. The ironic twist here is that the original champion of the elder gods, who happens to be Black Adam's son, gave his powers to his old man who used them to avenge his loved ones and his place to the point of becoming vengeful, leading to his imprisonment. The wizard unknowingly saved a kid from becoming like Black Adam.
Just leave out the part that makes this video make no sense, for example, the power was used to release the seven sins who wiped out civilisations & not the person with Shazam
Fun fact, black adam more good rather than shazam 1 and 2 but it get low collection because of stupid reviewers 😩

Shazam is part of the Hamada DCEU universe and the wizard said that the first champion (black adam) released the 7 deadly sins which never happen in the black adam movie for a reason ,Black Adam is part of the snyder verse and he never released the 7 deadly sins in the snyder verse that's why black adam wasn't in shazam 2 because there in 2 separate universes where things happened different that's why the rock didn't want to be in shazam 2 plus being in the snyder verse gave him more freedom to kill his enemy's and if they did put black adam in shazam they would have dumb his character down where as the actor who play shazam could have took the role of shazam in the snyder verse and do a more adult version. Its WB fault for running the first JL movie we wouldn't have 2 universes if they would have let snyder finish his version of jl in 2017 but nope they wanted a pedo like josh wheedon to marvel 2.0 they life out of DC and that was the down fall now we are get marvel 3.0 with another weird pedo called james gunn DC doent no how to stop f**king things up .
