This mashup has both Narwa themes, and was intended to include Ibushi, but his sounded like garbage so it's in the gulag now..

Narwa and Ibushi's life cycle is one that also causes destruction in surrounding areas and ecosystems. Elder dragons as a whole have that sort of effect on the world of monster hunter from their births to their deaths. Xeno'jiiva was a newborn when we fought it, so was a crimson fatalis in mh4u, Zorah was looking for a place to die, Lao shan lung is simply escaping being predated by white fatalis while the mohrans are migratory elders, not to mention the destruction elders cause when forced out of their natural environments such as during the elder crossing.
Heck that was part of the story for monster hunter stories 2 about a cycle of life, death, and rebirth. The only way for humanity and wyverians to survive is to go out of their way to stop said cycles and have a greater effect on the environment. The people of monster hunter embrace their place in the world and they accept the consequences and responsibilities that come with it. For the rampage to continue and for Ibushi and Narwa to finish their ritual would mean for hundreds to perish in the process.
A common theme of Monster Hunter is that we have to save nature from itself.
If we didn't slay the Allmother hundreds of baby Ibushis and Narwas would flood the land and devastate the land around them.

Man if we actually had babies floating about like you have here, and a short cut scene when Ibushi falls down the cave where we see a weakned Narwa with all her little newborns clinging around her and then her going over to her fallen king as he starts the sacrifice to give his remaining strength to her so she can defend her babies as they flee as fast as they can it would have been an even more impactful and emotional battle.
Sure they may shape the enviroment to the point where things cant really live near their nesting area and it drives away alot of monsters but there doing it to minimize the competion and danger predators might pose to their little ones, not to mention that with the whole resonating thing the look we are able to get though the wyverian twins as to how these dragons think and emote makes them definetly to me at least more than just intelegent animals like ones such as Teo,Kushala and Chamelios are.
I wish Capcom make a proper single player MH with a premade protagonist, that explores the world and monsters with more reasoning.
MH Stories somewhat do this, but it's too "anime".
I wouldnt say Stories is that bad, but yes a game where you are like a scoler of the guild and you dont have the resilence or stregth of hunters and you go out in the world,explore,sight endemic life and monsters to collect data of just them living their lives and interacting with the world around them could be pretty fun.
@@fang609 or a game or subplot where you are a merchant in the monster hunter universe where you have to hunt for your own items to sell while meeting other hunters and hearing their stories and accepting quests where their comrades have fallen or haven't returned from.. I know the monster hunter series isn't graphic blood wise besides the previous games but a bit of blood here and there wouldn't hurt especially if it's meant to be impactful or meant to envoke a this is not what I would do as a hunter type feeling

I like to think that in a normal reproductive cycle Narwa does not eat Ibushi, that is a desperate maneuver that its species has developed to ensure the immediate survival of the mother for the birth of her young.
In a way quite similar to how several species of cockroaches give birth immediately when they are devoured as a last desperate attempt to at least try to have one of their babies born.
In a normal reproductive cycle, Ibushi probably survives and the two separate and continue their lives, or maybe they mate for life and both eventually become an All-mother and All-father couple.
I don’t know how but the scuffed audio makes the music even more mythical remarkable!

Honestly i don't think i've ever had so much enjoyment of an elder dragon's story since gore magala in 4u, rise might have alot of faults but man its really making up for it with its content and story

Eh I think that would be very unlikely, nergigante is only known to exist in the new world and as rise seemingly takes place near the yukomo region (old world) it would be weird for him to suddenly appear
@@Zephyr-lp2miwell we never know. Maybe the nergs migrate to the old world after the elder crossing ends due to lack of elders in the new world at the time. Then they head back when another elder crossing begins 🤷♂️

I think the reason Ibushi’s mashup sounded like garbage is because ZANNKI (composer of the orchestral remixes) cut out the piano/flute intro for Ibushi’s theme, on both the actual intro and the loop. So literally from the start, it was mistimed.
Once you rectify that though, it sounds at least okay-ish?
The problem isn't the start, I tested it and found out the entire song's speed is scuffed when mixed, which is fine since it wasn't meant to be mixed with the original...

@@masonstewart6232 well it the same seriers that have over the top finisher attack and such i mean we got deviants form generation/Generation Ultimate and some of them were over the top in the game.
@@Joe-yx1gq I guess, but Narwa and Ibushi are like Amatsu, Shara, Gogmazios levels of destruction. Even the strongest non elder dragon monsters like Raging Brachydios, Ahtal Ka, Akantor and Ukanlos would have a tough time dealing with these two.

@@silverwolf240 but Amatsu came first? Game wise it appears in the 3rd generation. And there are records of it appearing before as well. Narwa and Ibushi are newer, both ingame and conceptually Narwa and Ibushi are Rajin and Fujin inspired respectively. Amatsu's full/original name is Amatsumagatsuchi, not related at all (think it means heavenly calamity dragon, or something along those lines about it being a divine dragon, versus Narwa and Ibushi being serpents)
Powers are similar. But design wise they share little to nothing in common
