Mushrooms absorb a negligible amount of water when washed/ rinsed. America’s Test Kitchen tested it, so I wash now, never have an issue. Love these salad ideas!

I wish so much that you would tell us the measurements because some of us are not really good cooks. I don’t know if you’re using a teaspoon or a tablespoon or a half a cup or a cup etc. Everything you make looks so good and it looks like you know what you’re doing, but some of us don’t. I wanna make what you make, but I don’t know the measurements and too much of the wrong seasoning could really mess it up. Like, how much is “a little bit of garlic?

I made the SW salad. Very good, however, next time will only use 1 chipotle pepper. Just too much heat for me. Husband and son loved it!
