Its 2 am. I made this tonight. Took A while because I had to do so many other things. I'd chop veggies then go do laundry. I'd do the noodles then had to cook the dog food, I had to do some quotes for work then made the sauce. By the time I had Had the layers done it was a half inch higher than my casserole dish. I patted it down and put the dish on another flat pan thinking it may run over. It did not. It just melted all together and worked out perfect! It came out amazing! Thank you for what you do. It's casserole season for me Because being an AC tech in Houston leaves you with not much work in the winter, But plenty of time to cook. Just subscribed and will be trying your recipes every few days thru the winter. Happy Holidays and thank you for being you.

I never cook my regular lasagne noodles and the noodles are always perfect and never too soft. I have to see if that technique works with your chicken lasagne recipe. Love your recipes

You can probably freeze most leftovers. Only thing, I put in a zip lock bag then wrap with freezer paper.
