You spray the water to raise the grain then sand again to get a better finish :)

Yes. Right you are. The thing I was confused about was that clip was on the bottom of the table. I guess I was dedicated to a quality finish on the bottom too. 🙂

@boopreview8491 The epoxy doesn't exactly have grain to raise. The water does help clear some of the dust off the epoxy though.
