You forgot one crucial thing that they NEED to get right. DO. NOT. TOUCH. THE SOUNDTRACK. It's already amazing and doesn't need to go through what Colors Ultimate did. And if they have to remix the music, get *Jun Senoue* to handle it. Tomoya Ohtani, I like him, but he would replace all the kickass guitar tunes with synthesizers. Songs like Egg Fleet, Bullet Station, Egg Emperor, and especially Ocean Palace wouldn't work without Jun Senoue's incredible fretwork. Heck, the whole game wouldn't have the same vibe with a different composer. Get Jun Senoue to do it, or don't do it at all.
*First Impressions* is very important in conveying to the player the flow of the game. The fact that Heroes doesn’t show the hidden elements that makes the game flow better(aside from the other issues) is going to give non Sonic players frustration. And that impression is going to give that sense of “I don’t wanna do this 4 times!”, regardless if you didn’t mean to. The mentality of Sonic in playing over and over again to get better really hinges on the first impression being good.
On the topic of Ryan voicing Sonic, he actually voiced Sonic in a fan radio show Sonic and Tails R. He sounds a little off in the first couple episodes, but by the end he sounds like heroes Sonic.
I want metal sonics new design to appear more often. You see it like 3 times before he turns into a dragon, and none of the characters interact with it at all. They don't even acknowledge the statue in the haunted stage.
LSMark and Cybershell's debate about Sonic Heroes vs SA2 actually inspired me to make my own mod that addresses the complaints from that video, alot of common ones, as well as things that are suggested in this video as improvements. It's called Sonic Heroes Adventure Story Mode Rebalanced. (i can't post the link in a comment unfortunately, but that should be enough to help find it) The changes are as follows: 1) Sonic and Dark Teams each play different stages. Team Sonic gets all the faster Act 1 stages and Team Dark gets all the harder Act 2 stages. They both get the same difficulty as eachother but I made 3 versions of the mod where it's set to Team Sonic's Stages, Team Dark's Stages, or Super Hard Mode Stages for both teams. (Super Hard Mode uses whichever layout you picked, so you can still challenge yourself to do all 14 stages together if you want) 2) Team Sonic gets a free attempt at a Special Stage Emerald instead of their Act 2 so you can more easily try to get them all without grinding them out as Team Rose, or just replay the special stages themselves from the stage select menu. 3) Team Dark's Act 1 stages are instead replaced with a quick automatic transition scene that I rigged up using ingame tools. Basically, bridging the intro cutscenes with the start of where Act 2 is for them. (With any unique dialog from the stage also integrated) I put alot of effort into this aspect getting them all to work right. 4) Team Rose's stages have been tweaked so that they're not baby easy anymore and actually have about as much challenge as Team Sonic's stages, while still maintaining the Variety aspect of playing both acts at half length, which comes out to about as long as the modified Sonic and Dark campaign stage orders! 5) Team Chaotix has had all of their stages heavily rebalanced to make completing objectives less frustrating and allow you to have more of a flow through stages, not having to memorize or look up a guide to find everything. Hints are more clear, objective placements are less obtuse, layouts have been altered in spots to improve flow where it was a little too clunky, and some missions have had the count of items reduced or increased to allow for more freedom in how you complete them and making Chaotix as enjoyable to play as the good Knuckles stages from the Adventure games. 6) Hint Rings were removed. Unique dialog still plays but the constant tutorializing isn't there. The Tutorial Stage also was tweaked to have a more natural item layout and not pause you every few steps to listen to omochao. 7) I forget how this one happened but it also has fixed Team Boss fights where they no longer navigate off of stages when you use sonic wind and you actually have to use their weaknesses and stun them like real boss fights instead of spin to win. (They would basically pick the wrong landing point as being out of bounds, which is something that never got fixed and took away any learning or challenge from the fights entirely.) They feel like actual real team fights now where as long as you're paying attention and figure out who's good against what, you can win the fights with your A ranks intact and have more fun doing it. (Also I made some accommodations to the rankings to account for skipped stages when unlocking super hard mode) Also Note: Installing "physics fix" mods or anything that does more than alter graphics/sound/video can break the mod because "physics fix" mods modify the stage files, which my mod heavily relies on to work! (Also, one oversight that i never personally verified: apparently widescreen hack might be required to make it work? if that's the case then i dunno what makes that the case.) I would be beyond honored if a more people played through it and gave it a shot, I welcome any feedback. I had alot of fun making it and, for me personally, it elevates Heroes up to Adventure Tier easily. There IS a good game there, it just needed a little bit more time in the oven to iron out the wrinkles.
it will be a 1-to-1 remake of the original and will use the current voice cast and no additional characters or additional teams, the graphic will be made in unreal engine 5
I just really hope they keep Big in Team Rose. Really love the guy and I genuinely wish he could be playable in a new main sonic game after, well, Heroes.
It seems like the only constant in Team Rose is Amy. I get the team is literally her name but they're separated so much with Big or Cream receiving major absences.
I would be very surprised (and disappointed) if they changed any of the team casts. But I don't think that we'd have to worry about that, especially as Big losing Froggy is such a large plot point for Team Rose.
If they did a remaster, it's VERY likely that there would be some re-recording of the lines. Well… We would have had mods anyway… Models, ofic. arts and voices from the 00s are the best!🖤
If they were willing to re-do the entire voiceline catalogue of Generations, even where the lines themselves stay exactly the same, it's possible they'll just redo the voices in Heroes remake
In terms of voice acting, I’ll bring up that Deem Bristow is no longer with us so if they wanted to do something like add a new stage or team, they could possibly end up rerecording lines I do like most of your suggestions though. I do think to placate the people who’d still complain about Sonic’s controls, maybe stick in Frontier’s control settings so everyone can be happy
What do you mean Crash was just Crazy and never meant to look bumbly and cool? I mean yeah, maybe in crash 1, but that changed with Crash 2 with him how he looked on the box art plus him using a jetpack and especially in Crash 3 where he is on a motorbike with a leather jacket and sunglasses and he has a bazooka. Crash was never just plain crazy, he was always just a dumb dude who tries to do what he thinks is right
want to see them remix levels and add for content for each individual team. imagine if they added a night, day and sunset version of stages. would leave the game feeling fresh.
One thing I do wanna see in a potential Heroes remake would definitely be a proper Neo Metal fight. It’s so weird that nobody ever fights him in that form, only when he’s disguised as Eggman.
I wonder if in that case they will make different versions of the ost for each team, like a variation of seaside hill when you play as team shadow or something like that... I honestly think with a different style of paint and skybox you cold easily disguise level repetition, and it's not something like so crazy. As an example the first Donkey Kong country had 4 jungle themed levels with little gimmicks to actually make them stand appart but they do thanks to 2 of them taking place in the day, another one with rain and the third one with a sunset
I think it'd be easier if they just have some teams exclusive levels in place of others maybe... Maybe the seaside palace act 2 for the chaotix could actually take place inside one of the palaces... Team Dark could have one of the fleet levels replaced with one where you navigate inside one of the biggest ships there. Team Amy could... I guess get a better haunted mansion where all the characters are temporarily separated, making sure the player knows that some characters have unique solo movements. I say this intead of swapping levels around because I feel unless the levels are heavily altered... It could cause serious issues with the difficulty curve. Plus, I think my way adds at least a lil bit more unique content to both meshes with the original, yet feels new and exciting
Tbh, I would do some rewrites. Specially surrounding Amy and Tails. Tails slow downfall started here with him returning to his pre Adventure self. And Amy is obsessed with Sonic to the point of literally fighting him to make him surrender. I also feel they could do some bit for Shadow who’s amnesia feels all over the place.
Heroes Amy is such a wierd topic, it's hard to say good things when they turned up her cursh for sonic up to 10000 in this game for a jokes, her chasing sonic is not the main reason why she's helping her team she wants to help find their missing friends chocola and Frothy too bad that Amy has that in you're face attitude about sonic, idk why people take the fights in this game seriously, sonic and shadow fight for no reason and it's after he sees him after he thought he died 😂
@@naitsabes6222 well in the case of Shadow and Sonic it makes more sense due to both being competitive on top of being similar. And of course, massive egos “Ultimate Lifeform” and “Fastest Thing Alive” But yeah like I said, Shadow’s amnesia could be handled better.
I think an easy way to change Amy is to have her instead want to know why "Sonic" kidnapped Froggy and Chocola. That way, you can still justify them fighting as her still being a brash and hot-headed preteen who believes Sonic is deflecting when he rightfully calls her out for not knowing what she's talking about.
I somehow agree with all of this. Outside of the level order, making Team Chaotix easier, and making Sonic less slippery, Heroes can just be remade one-to-one and that would be fine.
I remember getting stuck on the Egg Emperor boss on EVERY story for SO LONG (I bought the game on launch date, and still have the same save file). And it wasn't until the Game Grumps' playthrough that I learned of a CRITICAL mechanic that could win the fight. A mechanic that was NEVER TAUGHT TO ME in-game. If a remake could just DO THAT, just TEACH ME that mechanic, I'd happily go back.
I feel like there’s an easy alternative to getting the last story, get all 7 chaos emeralds. That way, you could either try getting all 7 in one story, or spread out getting them through however many stories you want. Either way it’s the players choice how many times they want to play through the game to get the final boss.
@ now that game needs to just stay the same, any inconsistencies they want to fix can just simply be put in a “history” section of the port Which is just text, we do not need a redub not a rewrite, at most I’d take an reanimated cutscene that were originally motion captured, but even then I’d just leave it the same
Small thing that could make all the difference is having certain stages take place at different times between character campaigns, Team dark's grand metropolis takes place at night or team rose's casino stage takes place during the day. Put that along with a change of level design fo the stages and already it makes each campaign feel unique
I quickly learnt that the smoothest way to defeat enemies and get through the stages in Sonic Heroes was to upgrade the flying character to max and to then spam their attacks. I avoided characters like Sonic and Knuckles as much as I could because they were way too prone to flying off the level or getting hit when you're trying to carry those bloody Special Stage Keys. The thing I'd want them to fix the most, if they were to remake the game, are the rails segments. I hated the rails so much.
Imagine if the Robot Carnival/Storm battles were repurposed as minigames and in their place were boss fights where you teamed up with the group you don't encounter
For anyone watching this I'm the future, leaker #1 ended up being a white guy who lied about being a Japanese woman and harassed Sega and Atlus for information. Makes the opening 30 seconds even crazier
I think on the topic of having to play all four stories is that a good idea to help them all feel different as well could be more like, actually noticeable and satisfying gameplay changes from character to character instead of stuff like Amy having a really slow float jump that feels like it halts all momentum and Big and Vector having a belly flop that feels way too stop and start in my opinion. A good way to make them all feel fresh and fun and unique would be to have unique abilities per character that really compliment the flow Sonic Heroes can have if you're skilled enough at the game
For the Dreamcast actors, I think bringing back some of the remaining original voice actors as well as some replacing them with new voice actors would work. X-Men 97 pretty much brought back most of the original cartoon voice actors for the X-Men who were still alive, but because some had passed away or retired Marvel had to replace them with newer actors. So maybe SEGA could do a similar thing by bringing back the remaining voice actors who are still alive like Ryan Drummond or David Humphrey, and just hire new actors to voice them. You could get some actors from various iterations like bringing Kate Higgins to voice Dreamcast Tails or Jim Cummings to voice Dreamcast Robotink, or you hire actors who haven’t been involved in the Sonic series, like having Grant George voiced Espio, or have Bill Faggerbake as Big the Cat. Edit: wait if you don’t like the current voice cast, than how come you said that Colleen O’Shaugnessy was your favorite Tails actor?
I like the idea of not replacing the original voice cast but with some voice actors of that game no longer with us I'm not sure if they'd just keep the original script.
If any of the adventure formula games had a remake, heroes is the 2nd one that needed it the most. There's 06, but we're already getting that unofficially
Something tells me this probably shouldn't have been my first time learning about Sonic heroes. I have never heard of this game it's so fun to listen to people talk about games I have no knowledge of
Fix the homing attack. Sometimes when i homing attacked a badnik, i just go fidget spinning mode, doing laps on the badnik, all that for just to die falling of a cliff
I met both Ryan and Scott at my mall last month. I ask them if they would like to see a remake of Sonic heroes and they said that would pretty cool. Honestly I grew up with Sonic Heroes on the GameCube and I even got it signed by both of them. I gotta say I am hoping that a remake can the game have better psychics and just overall not a broken remake. Sonic colors Ultimate, while not a remake, still makes me worry that Sega might mess up on sonic heroes remake badly. Only time will tell.
6:50 u are probably the first person i've seen outside of the crash fanbase to explain what ppl dont like about the crash 4 design i personally think its just fine but i dont like how the series basically has the same artstyle as spyro now, and some characters like cortex and alt tawna looked far better in the concept art than in the final game
I think it would be cool to just give some characters new levels entirely. Rose, Sonic and Dark all have the same levels, but chopped into different lengths, akin to difficulty options. So just... make a difficulty slider for Team Sonic and give Team Rose and Team Dark unique new levels or something. It'd be more ambitious, but it'd be cool. Like, idk, why not have the first level of Team Dark be escaping the base that Rouge found Omega and Shadow in?
All I want is for the flying characters to be independent and not in a constant flying ladder formation. Also a mode where you can mix-n-match teammates.
In a similar vain to how the Sonic 3 soundtrack as was before could only be reused in the case of a rom port and had to be replaced in the case of it's remaster, I would imagine similar apply to the old voice lines. In the case of this likely being a proper "remake" (internally recognized as an all new product,) depending on the nature of the original contracts the old cast or their union signed, Sega might not be legally allowed to used existing lines.
Yeah the biggest issue with the voice acting in a remake of any game pre-Shadow the Hedgehog is Deem Bristow. Dude played Eggman amazingly and it'll be a little difficult to bring him back.
Hey SplashDash, not that I had any belief there was a chance of SH being remade but I wanna say this. I personally don't think the team is ready to remake ANY of the Adventure era games (I know they said SH is not SA3, but it's definitely functionally and SA era game). I think they need to build the next game after Frontiers first, to prove that they even understand the basic concepts of the Adventure era games, right now they have no idea and would absolutely demolish the beauty of Heroes!
i think that i would love if it has more custcenes to make the story more choesive AND each character having different stages instead of just the same for everyone
I never had that issue. I had siblings so we each took a team. But even if I didn’t have that, I don’t think I’d mind. I get my money’s worth in games. Replayability is the best ability in a game and I find Heroes very replayable. The level designs, themes, mechanics, music, even each team’s dialogue and banter are some of the best ever in the franchise. Every team has some unique elements about them too which are all fun to play with like Amy’s glide or Omega’s turrets. The game also has such great freedom reminiscent of the classics and Sonic Adventure. Discovery is always there.
As someone who has mixed feelings on Sonicc Heroes, if these remake could fix or improve upon the issues the OG game had, then I say I would be totally on board with it
Something's i would like to see is every team if you collect the chaos emeralds with them you fight a different version of the final boss and of you defeat all the final bosses and complete super hard mode you can play as a console exclusive team basically team Nintendo, team playstation, team xbox where you play as that company character
Good point about Variety, but why not just make it a Single campaign anyways? Since they all just play the same. Just make us change between Teams through the Story, and each Team have their own unique Stages. This can make replayability and Stage-Ranking more accessible, and the Story far more cohesive. Then make it so (after beat the Story) you can Replay any level as any team optionally if you so desire.
To be honest if they added another team it would be cool to add team hooligans in as they were one of the scrapped teams from the games plus since they seem to be giving fang some spotlight again it be cool to see.
Even though Heroes isn't one of my favorite Sonic games, it's a shame we may never see a port. I would've liked if Sonic remakes could've been like Resident Evil 4, where instead of the remake being the "definitive" version of the game, it's somewhat more of a reimagining with modern mechanics and a slightly altered story, with the original still available to play. I'm not saying to make Heroes play more like the modern titles, but it would've been nice to have the older version ported and just given quality of life improvements like fixing bugs, so that the remake could be more experimental, especially if they ever want to incorporate older features like team-based combat into newer entries.
What’s your idea for more teams ? I’d like silver blaze and marine but they’ll probably just do mighty ray and like honey or something Edit: they’ll definitely just do an episode metal with metal sonic tails and knuckles as like a prequel campaign.
Before I even watch this video, the first thing I can think of that absolutely needs to be changed is the level design. Not that it's bad, mind you (although some of the levels could stand to be way shorter, seriously, no single Sonic level should take 8+ minutes to beat), just that you're playing the same levels 4 times over. The only difference is that Team Rose levels are shorter while Team Dark levels are longer, that's it. Works fine if you're only planning on playing one or two stories, but given you need to finish all 4 stories to beat the game, you're clearly meant to. Either reuse the themes but with different level designs like what Sonic Adventure did, or go all out and give each team completely unique levels like with Sonic Adventure 2. Just give us something so you're not playing the game 4 times in a row. Also, online mode for the multiplayer. Should be obvious, but please. Also, please don't make us play the tutorial every single time we play Team Rose. I get that's meant to be the baby mode, but it's really annoying, and no young child is even gonna choose Team Rose first anyways.
No joke a LEGO Dimensions-esque multiverse system in which Sonic can actually team up with Timmy Turner and Brian Griffin would constitute nothing short of a holy relic. Throw Shrek and the Hamburglar in for good measure.

On the topic of Ryan voicing Sonic, he actually voiced Sonic in a fan radio show Sonic and Tails R. He sounds a little off in the first couple episodes, but by the end he sounds like heroes Sonic.
He does sound great. But I'd fine with keeping the old voice lines. It would be great to hear David Humphrey as Shadow again.
Yeah it all comes back to good voice direction.
Hey didn’t the creator of that show claim she slept with Ryan Drummond?
I want metal sonics new design to appear more often. You see it like 3 times before he turns into a dragon, and none of the characters interact with it at all. They don't even acknowledge the statue in the haunted stage.
That statue used to creep the f*ck out of me when I was a kid 😂
@tdenzel101 yeah the metal sonic one more specifically, I thought it was some kind of demon hahaha
(i can't post the link in a comment unfortunately, but that should be enough to help find it)
The changes are as follows:
1) Sonic and Dark Teams each play different stages. (Super Hard Mode uses whichever layout you picked, so you can still challenge yourself to do all 14 stages together if you want)
2) Team Sonic gets a free attempt at a Special Stage Emerald instead of their Act 2 so you can more easily try to get them all without grinding them out as Team Rose, or just replay the special stages themselves from the stage select menu.
(Also I made some accommodations to the rankings to account for skipped stages when unlocking super hard mode)
Also Note: Installing "physics fix" mods or anything that does more than alter graphics/sound/video can break the mod because "physics fix" mods modify the stage files, which my mod heavily relies on to work! (Also, one oversight that i never personally verified: apparently widescreen hack might be required to make it work? if that's the case then i dunno what makes that the case.)
I would be beyond honored if a more people played through it and gave it a shot, I welcome any feedback. I had alot of fun making it and, for me personally, it elevates Heroes up to Adventure Tier easily. There IS a good game there, it just needed a little bit more time in the oven to iron out the wrinkles.
Uhuh.. Yeah... Okay.
Really important question.
Can you switch characters mid-air ?
it will be a 1-to-1 remake of the original and will use the current voice cast and no additional characters or additional teams, the graphic will be made in unreal engine 5
4:47 uh, about that....
yea funny you said that...cough cough...SXSG rewrite...cough cough
They should keep the new cast but bring back Ryan as Metal Sonic, then have him say "I. AM. THE. REAL. SONIC"
This Thumbnail is a fever dream. What if you never watched a LS Mark video?
Why are you talking about Splash’s friend?
If they did a remaster, it's VERY likely that there would be some re-recording of the lines. Well… We would have had mods anyway…
Models, ofic. arts and voices from the 00s are the best!🖤
If they were willing to re-do the entire voiceline catalogue of Generations, even where the lines themselves stay exactly the same, it's possible they'll just redo the voices in Heroes remake
Splash dash uploads at the same time Keanu gets announced as Shadow. Wild
I think Cel Shaded graphics would look great with Heroes and the two Adventure games
So something like Jet Set radio?
Agree i think the cel shaded artstyle would fit sonic perfectly
@@TheArceusftw Just look at some of the various Sonic mods for Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. The characters look stunning when cel shaded.
I would make it so that the last story unlocks after at least 1 playthrough is completed and the emeralds are collected.
if sega really does remake the game then please for the love of god fix those god damn pinball physics
They couldn't even be assed to have good Pinball physics in Forces and Frontiers.
In terms of voice acting, I’ll bring up that Deem Bristow is no longer with us so if they wanted to do something like add a new stage or team, they could possibly end up rerecording lines
I do like most of your suggestions though. I do think to placate the people who’d still complain about Sonic’s controls, maybe stick in Frontier’s control settings so everyone can be happy
Oml I've thought so much about remaking Sonic Heroes. Despite its flaws, it's my favourite modern Sonic game and it deserves an honorable comeback.
basically an LS mark friend wants Sonic Herous to be ( mostly ) faithful remake, like Super Mario RPG
Tbh I think Heroes should get a remake before the adventure games because it’s more simple than SA 1&2
0:25 “Because everyone liked leaker number 1 (Midori)”
Well that aged poorly
Peter Griffin: "This is situation is weirder than the time brian was in sonic heroes."
The voice of Knuckles in Sonic Heroes was my favorite in the series
What do you mean Crash was just Crazy and never meant to look bumbly and cool? I mean yeah, maybe in crash 1, but that changed with Crash 2 with him how he looked on the box art plus him using a jetpack and especially in Crash 3 where he is on a motorbike with a leather jacket and sunglasses and he has a bazooka. Crash was never just plain crazy, he was always just a dumb dude who tries to do what he thinks is right
want to see them remix levels and add for content for each individual team. imagine if they added a night, day and sunset version of stages. would leave the game feeling fresh.
11:35 I obtained a strong belief on what this man is speaking
Maybe if the remake happens, you can use it as a reason to talk about why This is your favorite game
Honestly if all they change is letting the fly characters walk, I'll be satisfied
1:01 Yeah, I think every sonic fan can relate to this.
Thank you for giving sonic heroes some love, it’s my favorite sonic game of all time! 💙
And of course, massive egos “Ultimate Lifeform” and “Fastest Thing Alive”
But yeah like I said, Shadow’s amnesia could be handled better.
No
I somehow agree with all of this.
I feel like they need to change the level geometry and layout for each team just keeping the theme and assets between for this to be worth doing.
4:23 Damn... This didn't age well =3= Wish they had stuck with this mentality-
Generations was bad, in terms of story atleast, the voices don’t really change anything, I think the rewrite is better
@@Faz10do987 What happens when they decide to remaster Unleashed?
@ now that game needs to just stay the same, any inconsistencies they want to fix can just simply be put in a “history” section of the port
Which is just text, we do not need a redub not a rewrite, at most I’d take an reanimated cutscene that were originally motion captured, but even then I’d just leave it the same
Small thing that could make all the difference is having certain stages take place at different times between character campaigns, Team dark's grand metropolis takes place at night or team rose's casino stage takes place during the day.
Very well spoken, I feel the same way!
the Brian Griffin in the thumbnail almost made me think this was an LS Mark video.
Where's Tails and Knuckles? 😨
I have never heard of this game it's so fun to listen to people talk about games I have no knowledge of
4:40 If this true, I find that really cool since it feels like over the years, most of the characters grew up with us lol
6:50 u are probably the first person i've seen outside of the crash fanbase to explain what ppl dont like about the crash 4 design
i personally think its just fine but i dont like how the series basically has the same artstyle as spyro now, and some characters like cortex and alt tawna looked far better in the concept art than in the final game
I just hope they keep the Jerry the Sex Offender Easter egg
I think it would be cool to just give some characters new levels entirely. Rose, Sonic and Dark all have the same levels, but chopped into different lengths, akin to difficulty options.
So just... make a difficulty slider for Team Sonic and give Team Rose and Team Dark unique new levels or something.
It'd be more ambitious, but it'd be cool. Like, idk, why not have the first level of Team Dark be escaping the base that Rouge found Omega and Shadow in?
5:00 watch sonic and tails r ryan's still got it imo
All I want is for the flying characters to be independent and not in a constant flying ladder formation.
Also a mode where you can mix-n-match teammates.
8:59 My favorite Nickelodeon show mentioned.
Not Mark still trying to convert people after losing the debate to Cybershell
In a similar vain to how the Sonic 3 soundtrack as was before could only be reused in the case of a rom port and had to be replaced in the case of it's remaster, I would imagine similar apply to the old voice lines. In the case of this likely being a proper "remake" (internally recognized as an all new product,) depending on the nature of the original contracts the old cast or their union signed, Sega might not be legally allowed to used existing lines.
Yeah the biggest issue with the voice acting in a remake of any game pre-Shadow the Hedgehog is Deem Bristow. Dude played Eggman amazingly and it'll be a little difficult to bring him back.
the leaker lore is crazy in the lost few days LOL
Hey SplashDash, not that I had any belief there was a chance of SH being remade but I wanna say this.
I personally don't think the team is ready to remake ANY of the Adventure era games (I know they said SH is not SA3, but it's definitely functionally and SA era game).
I think they need to build the next game after Frontiers first, to prove that they even understand the basic concepts of the Adventure era games, right now they have no idea and would absolutely demolish the beauty of Heroes!
i think that i would love if it has more custcenes to make the story more choesive AND each character having different stages instead of just the same for everyone
Mark somehow barley talks about this game despite it being his favorite.
Best way to remake Sonic Heroes by Fixing Slippery Controls
Sonic Team: (adds sliders)
I mean they could just map swapping characters to the triggers which would help free up the controls
I really hated playing the same levels FOUR TIMES.
I was actually thinking since Sonic movie 3 is based off of Sonic Adventure 2 maybe Adventure 1 & 2 could get remade.
As someone who has mixed feelings on Sonicc Heroes, if these remake could fix or improve upon the issues the OG game had, then I say I would be totally on board with it
Something's i would like to see is every team if you collect the chaos emeralds with them you fight a different version of the final boss and of you defeat all the final bosses and complete super hard mode you can play as a console exclusive team basically team Nintendo, team playstation, team xbox where you play as that company character
wouldn't be cooler if the game itself looked like the cutscenes
I feel for most sonic games people generally try to brute force playing though the game instead of learning the controls
We are getting a remake of the best 3D Sonic game?
Yes please!
I still want a new team
Bring back Chaos as the power character and team him with Blaze and Silver in Speed and Flying respectively. Would be great
Good point about Variety, but why not just make it a Single campaign anyways? Since they all just play the same.
Just make us change between Teams through the Story, and each Team have their own unique Stages.
This can make replayability and Stage-Ranking more accessible, and the Story far more cohesive.
Then make it so (after beat the Story) you can Replay any level as any team optionally if you so desire.
Actually moder sonic was from shadow the hedgehog pn the box art atleast
the phrase “the story… specifically, the voice acting” gave me such whiplash
Long as hang castle has the same tune, I'm a happy camper.
What’s your idea for more teams ?
I’d like silver blaze and marine but they’ll probably just do mighty ray and like honey or something
Edit: they’ll definitely just do an episode metal with metal sonic tails and knuckles as like a prequel campaign.
I hope that in my lifetime, we get remakes of heroes and the adventure games. Maybe even riders could make a comeback
Either only have to do 1 playthrough or give new versions of stages like atleast different paths
