I am really NOT a guy into sports talk, but I love Pat's show. This is a good example of why.
Somebody has to be the first and take that terrifying step. Takes a lot of courage to blaze a trail like that. Good for Carl. I don't know a lot about him as a player, but now that he got that weight off his shoulders.......How much better is he going to play now that he can focus on the game more?
Pat better cover them arms or carl coming LMAO
Thank you for continuing to raise awareness and just be cool with different people. Talking about it as chill as you do also a huge difference
I know you won’t see this but I’m proud that you guys talked about this so openly. Happy to hear our society changing and being more accepting brotha
Pat also said, "He's been sitting on that for a while."
Pat is definitely a cub. He'd do amazingly well at bear bars.

The amount of support I’ve seen for this man is overwhelming, this is awesome
I thought the cowboys fans were the first to come out?
That’s funny
Ya they are Americas team you know.
Lol 😂
Howdy from Dallas stud muffin
Pat filming this segment with those ad dollars and sponsorships in mind

Best take you've ever had bro. I fuckin love this show!
Pat is literally human goals 🙏 respect
Hopefully this gives guys like Jalen Ramsay and OBJ the courage to come out too!!!!!
don't forget Dwight
Lol
Lol
Lol
Lol
Bless you for this video 👏👏👏👏
Well said Patrick, well said
Nassib getting sacks on and off the field
Really happy for him and wishing him the best 💯 just sucks that there’s gonna be a lot of sad people throwing hate his way for no reason
Carl Nassib would not buy a $100,000 Jeep.
this comment wins 10 internets!
It’s none of my business who he sleeps with. How good is his pass rushing?
Sucks lol
Pretty damn good actually
@@blackbeard5588 had like 6.5 sacks a few years ago not terrible
On an above average defense he is a rotational player who comes in to give people snaps off, but can make plays on those snaps. He isn’t a dominating force, but is a great depth piece for sure. He belongs in the nfl.
@@christiantorborg1076 he's pretty average at best.
Isn’t he the second nfl player? There was that player that went to Mizzou, Michael Sam, who was drafted.
Good for carl man wish him the best in the nfl
My personal opinion is the NFL is grandstanding and I don't believe for one second he's the NFL best selling jersey BS
Carl is courageous and an inspiration. Cheers, Carl, wishing you all the best, you are my hero!
This is what happens when a man is allowed to win the Miss Nevada beauty pageant. People get more insane.
Only person insane here is you buddy
Never heard of him till today. To each their own though! Everyone is entitled to their natural rights and liberties and it should be respected.
Michael Sam was the first
Watch Jamele Hill attack both him and the NFL for not treating Michael Sam the same way all those years ago.. -_-
I mean Michael Sam was the first. Carl is cool being the second, but I don't get why this is a story.
@@PhilM4 no he wasn’t the first lol it’s not that hard bud he never suited up for a regular season game Carl has been in the league for several years
@@lionsfan3581 that part 👏
@@PhilM4 Sam wasn't the first. He was the first to come out while on an active roster. Michael Sam, if you guys don't remember, came out right before the draft. So, technically, making Nassib the first to come out WHILE ON AN ACTIVE roster. Thus, not making him the first. First belongs to Carl Nassib,in this perspective.
@Jayde David what distractions?
Pat is the goat already had a lot of respect for him but just gained even more
What if he underperforms and get cut?
Then he does. As long as its based on performance alone, no one is expecting a hand-out or favor.
As long as it's because he couldn't cut the mustard and not because he likes dudes, then that's just how the business goes.
Then he can join the opressed white dude with the fro in the stands and cry about how its the white mans fualt..
It does make me feel more included as a football fan
Respect!
What a good educated take, love pat
Wasn't his financial advice just find a 7% investment it'll double in 10 years? What's wrong with that? Safe, better than getting screwed on something you don't understand.
Having Aaron on to talk this day would of been the ultimate troll job.
Good for Carl tho! Love that he can be himself.
Proud of him man happy for him to live as himself
The guy taught people about compounding intrest with money and Pat is saying that he's wrong. I'm confused here. It's not like he said anything about a risky stock or something. He just told the truth. Save money in the bank and live off it
It takes courage to be the first ANYTHING! Good for Nassib for feeling comfortable enough to speak up. Nothing but love. 🏳️🌈
Pat, why are you saying "I will not take his financial advice"....."He doesn't know finances"......Ummm, i got news for you bud, EVERYTHING he said in that Hard Knocks clip is 100% accurate!!! Your initial investment will double every 7 years if just simply placed in a good mutual fund making 8% to 10% annually which is historically very possible.....Apparently YOU are the one who needs his financial savvy!!
Good on him for coming out in such a masculine environment. I imagine it must have been pretty difficult. Here in australia there has been one NRL player that came out, Ian roberts, but im not aware of any AFL or cricket players doing so. Much respect to him, i wish him all the best.
Surprised hes not a center
Somebody explain why his financial advice was bad. I saw the clip of him talking about compound interest and its the same investment strategy I use for long term (20+ year) growth. So unless I missed something this dude is wise beyond his years for setting aside a big ass sum of money for growth over 20 years
He made it seem so simple and almost implied a guaranteed 10% which is just crazy. The gist of it was good and they definitely needed to hear it, but he didn’t actually know what he was talking about and it was pretty obvious to anyone who does.
Unless you are broken as a human being, we all search out and hope for love! Why would anyone Waste their time or think they have the right to tell 2 people they're wrong for loving each other! Let people live their lives and worry about yourself!!
He is exactly the same person he was last year, only difference is now there is information out there about him that the team and NFL didn’t know before on his personal life…., still, haters will come out with some homophobic comments on this….
TH-cam comment sections on this are the tamest, which is surprising. It’s crazy how many people are pressed about it. The amount of “we don’t care” comments I’ve seen is wild. But they care enough to comment lmao. Carl is gonna change men’s sports for the better. Happy for him.
as a man of peace - CN - good sheeeeiiitttttttttt - bravery is a trait not everyone can achieve - monetary donations aside (also dope btw) - i think youve prb helped more people with the bravery ...... big ups, now the only 1 under pressure is the QB . love.
check it out i got likes yaheeeeeeaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrddddddddd
Thank the lord it is not an Indianapolis colt
pat is a class act
I have always said you should be true to yourself. Glad this is such big news since more people need to not be afraid to come out. This isn't a political but I know people on both sides that absolutely support people being who they are. There are very few who don't and I believe it's time we normalize being who you are and loving a person no matter their gender or yours.
I honestly don’t know why it matters… like who cares what your sexual orientation is. I don’t see anyone any different. But I was just raised that way. I see people as people. I don’t see color or sexual preferences or what not.
And people should accept your view, especially if they want you to accept others.
@@isaiahfitzgerald8673 this, exactly this, I’m indifferent precisely because I am tolerant. We ARE at the point where this honestly isn’t news. It’s literally pride month.
@@RuralVol Exactly, being indifferent isn’t being intolerant, it’s treating them the same regardless
You have a view that probably not alot of NFL players do though
@@Neldog13 that’s a good point and that’s why it’s important
