Breach both ends simultaneously after taking control of centre cab and holding. After each end breaches they exfil as centre clears in both directions
Obviously you want breach team ready for second story advance at same timing of both end breaches

+Woop McWoop I'm from Sweden too, but we use a bang rule. There has still been incidents were someone is quick on the trigger and close up it can really hurt. I have 3 scars in my face since I got shot at about 7m.
The almighty Lalle Still, on the fields that do have the bang rule, it's not over-used. People don't run into rooms and yell bang bang bang at the top of their lungs 'killing' everyone. If you don't wear face protection then that's your call. I too play without face protection (goggles only) and I too have scars on my forehead and nose, but its a choice I've made knowing that people may and will shoot me at really close range. Sure some hits to the face hurts but if we should have something silly as people yelling bang instead of shooting in a sport that's literally about shooting one another then what's the point of playing.
I get that, we just use it as a safety precaution if you unexpectedly run into someone, but this very rarely happen.
Having 8 years of military experience under my belt, I can definitely tell you guys that there were way too much chatter going on and there wasn't enough coordination. Apart from that you guys did a great job for having no military or LEO training!

That was painfully bad. The pile of friendly corpses is what should tell you that.
Firstly, you guys were nowhere near loud enough. You always want to be aware of what everyone is doing and where they are while they're doing it. The friendly fire incident was a prime example of why that is necessary. And when you see a hostile, don't whisper that fact to a nearby operator. Tell your whole team. Yell. Let the guy know he's screwed. It's simple and it's effective. You want to be in control, make sure you sound like you should be. If you sound timid, that can give hostiles all the confidence in the world.
Secondly, you were way too slow. The point is to get in and out in no time flat; you don't want to give your enemy any breathing room whatsoever. There is something to be said for exercising caution though, the only problem is you guys issued way too much of it and still lost members of your team. You need to be aggressive.
All of this said, you guys demonstrated some good qualities. You attempted to keep everyone informed of the situation for one, and for another you all worked together, even planning quick breaches on the fly. I mean you completed the course after all, that should be considered. There's a lot of room for improvement here though.
Just remember gentlemen/women: aggressive not restless.

Never mind the double tapping what about the tactics? If I was ever climbing a ladder and my teammate pointed his firearm at me, I'd elbow drop him. This is airsoft and I understand that but it doesn't translate to real tactics.
You can double tap someone but when you cross that body then it’s an illegal act. They flagged their buddies multiple times which is a no no and the friendly fire Jesus.. did multiple house clearing in the Army and if we did any of the things they did our faces would be in the dirt

In some cases that stuff is practical and useful, in cases like these, and in others its not :P
They wear the combat clothing to identify teams. In this case the multicam team are the assaulters
+Storm Trooper Red and blue arm bands work too... Let's be honest they only wear all the gear to feel cool. Some of the gear has a purpose like carrying capacity but for the most part it's just measuring dick size saying i spent more money than you so I'm better.
+Psychological Vigilante well no, events like this split into teams and then then each team is required to wear a certain camo pattern or color. Most of the time this is how Milsim events identify teams. For example tan vs multicam. Arm bands are a more public field thing.

+John Nijmeijer It's kind of pointless because they have way more equipment. Flash bangs, breaching charges, etc. They only have airsoft guns. The only "real" tactics they can use are movement and cover fire types.
There's also the good chance that it could cause them to have a mental episode, or just ignore it completely
