I think the gist of it is to use a batterypack to power the ps4 motherboard and lcd screen, solder the output of the ps4 to the input of the screen, adding power switches so it isn't on all the time and lastly printing a 3d casing for all of it to be stored in.
Hi! Because the 12v pico psu is an adapter for powering up a desktop pc with an external 12v supply, so it needs a 120w (minimum) power supply to work! I can use it for: 1) make the 5v logic line but is bigger than the DC-DC 2) use the onboard 3.3v for powering up the psu but it will be useless because the pico 12v needs a costant 12v to work So, i don't think is useful!

I was looking to do a PS4 slim fan mod and ended up here. Though I'm gonna be using a 13inch 1080p screen for my project.
