All my best to you Cheryl. I'm newly diagnosed early stage PD. I knew something was up a couple of years ago. So far I fast walk two miles six days a week, and going to add more distance as I go. Started vitamin B 1 therapy recently. I'm using a Vielight Inferred head piece that has helped with my speech. Six week of physical therapy has helped with my balance. And of course diet. No medication in my future I pray.
