have it too., filled it with a two-walled tent, quilt, neo air, some spare clothing, couple of bars and food and electronics. still was comfy. you could probably do multiple normal over-nighters with it. does not have to be some crazy fkt
I am sure it is a work of art. And I believe it is unique on the market. Try to hike with a bigger Salomon pack (the "Peak 40" will destroy itself after a few hundert miles, as the fabrics and the seams are a bad joke, the shoulder strap pockets just stupid - you get your bar faster from the inside of an Osprey) or an Ultimate Direction Fastpack (its shoulder straps = pure torture, as they have hard seams on the edges) and suddenly you are more than willing to pay double the asking price of 210 for this treasure, if you can't get it from Pa'lante. It is actually a bargain, as you can pay 200 for stuff with a big brand name on it, but these other offerings are only suitable for 3 to 4 hours carrying time per week. With the Joey you can set an FKT on 1000+ miles trails, the pack will not be the excuse, if you don't make it.
I agree this really look like a nice pack! But I have had no problem at all with my Ultimate Direction Fastpack except some issues with stability when I really overloaded it, which is both to be expected and can easily be forgiven since it is my fault. I think, if this pack had been on the market back when I bought my UD pack, this would have my choice.
idk it just looks so ugly and i would be worried about those straps coming apart because they are so thin. It looks like an old school sleeping bag stuff sack lol
Well, pack looks are always a personal choice so everyone will not be happy. I like the overall design of the pack, I don't know what other color choices there will be. I would pick one of the other colors over the red color on the top.
Nice job Jonathan. Very comprehensive video and useful thoughtful info you provided. Well done. Thank you.

Yup totally, like I said a day pack that doubles for overnighters would be a great option. Glad everything fit well for ya!
Uggghhh. Really liking this pack. Wish my kumo had a bottom pocket.
E P i C • C H i L L my buddy is gonna hand stitch one on his, I might have to document the process
@@MeowHikes I hope you do. I would like to add one my Nero. Which, by the way, I am not fond of. Wish I had gone Palante.
Great video. Thanks.

Is somebody a pack sniffer w/o a clue about that what they are saying?
