technicolour dreampelt and the scatterstone man

this is one of my pawborough ocs. She was a grey cat who became obsessed with changing her pelt colour through the use of scatter stones but it led her down a dark path and overuse of them caused her to become corrupted with jpeg artifacts…. now legends say she haunts the dark streets of metro city looking for innocent cats to steal the colours of and if you get too close YOU’LL become infected by artifacts!!! they call her technicolour dreampelt…. or………the scattercat ……………
