- The latest luxury development to hit the Palm, XXII (22) Carat Club Villas comprises of 22 villas located on the West Crescent of the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Embracing a classical design, it is designed in a style akin to the Renaissance period.
The facades are classically Italian, with influence drawn from the Tuscan region. Stucco work in addition to classical columns, pergolas, arched doors and walkways are standard with these villas. The development hosts a terracotta finish and also features a lot of pastel colours, handmade ceramics and wall paintings.
The style of these villas will be perfect for those who prefer their homes to be reckoned as "unparalleled opulence". The interiors boast a Mediterranean style interior, with primarily European furniture and fittings. All these villas are serviced, with each having a 25 m swimming pool and direct access to the clubhouse and concierge facilities.
XXII Carat Club Villas feature three different types of villas - Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire. The 8 Emerald villas offer their residents with phenomenal views of the ground, along with meticulous gardens. It also offers views of the Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. Placed atop a terrace structure, the 8 Ruby villas allow unobstructed views thanks to the elevation. It also hosts private elevators with direct access to the basement garage. Additionally, it has a wide-open terrace that further will enhance the views of the sea. The remaining six Sapphire villas have direct private access to the beach and offer picturesque views of the Palm Jumeirah. I like the wonderful Dubai 22 Carat Palm Jumeirah Mansion. I like the dining room with the big chandelier, I like the dining room, I like the kitchen with the black marble, I like the bathroom with the Colavito marble. I like all the bedrooms with TVs on the tables instead of the walls. I like the master closet. The infinity pool is beautiful. I like the high tech glass wall that can change from transparent to foggy. I would like to use the foggy glass tech in mansion windows and glass walls.

Estate or Villa in Dubai is gorgeous. Classy, marble, molding. Only thing I am not sure of is the green throughout house. Too much for me. I like nuetral colors bieges, tans, whites. Green is pretty for accent walls or part of house. Not every room. Otherwise very elegsnt home. Thank you
