- In this video I tour the District One community in Dubai. It’s one of the most prime locations in Dubai due to its close proximity to Downtown Dubai and it’s access to major roads and highways.
I tour the show apartments at the District One apartments followed by a boat tour of the Crystal lagoon. The Lagoon is the largest man made lagoon in the world and it’s around 7 Kms long. In the boat tour we also come close to the Meydan One Mall which is due for completion next year and is set to become of the largest shopping malls in the world.
Dubai’s most prime real estate doesn’t come with a small price, I complete the tour with a showing of a ridiculously luxurious 7 bedroom Mansion fit for a billionaires lifestyle. It’s priced at AED 95 million complete with a basement and a 6 car garage.
This logs as my third Property Vlog and hopefully in the upcoming Vlogs I’ll be showcasing more affordable real estate around Dubai and will move towards more educational topics and property tours around Dubai.

Beautiful modern design billionaire mansion in Dubai. I like the living room, the master bedroom, and the view of the Lagoon. Nice to learn that the lagoon was artificially made.

As person that lived in Abu Dhabi for four years I am familiar with this area and how amazing it is. I would just add that there are not many places in Dubai on a clear day you can’t see the Burj Khalifa but the mansion was amazing. I would had like to see the great room more in detail in the video but amazing place.

I hardly saw any part of the house with the constant fast zooming-in and swiftly switching filming angle by the camera man.
All I experienced for 10 minutes was seeing the blue water and hear someone talking alot.

Thanks for the video .. the villa looks nice and I think most of the price went for the location. A villa like this one require a lot of cleaning and maintenance so does the villa have rooms for the labors (maids, cooks, etc ..)

I know people could spend their money anyway they want, but i haven't seen anything really so attractive to me in those mansions. If i was a millionaire ,i won't mind spending my money but in something really makes sense.
