thank you very much for your information about these Ethiopian food; but it is very very sad that you use Obama name, please change the name from Obama to sidamo state food…..,
this food called Kitfo one of Ethiopian food. As you can see she chopped up the kale and cooked it and put it on the side. Next she used Ethiopian butter , black paper, and salt and she is melting the butter on very low hit, once the butter meleted she turned of the hit and added 1/4 teaspoon Ethiopia berbera( made of hot paper) then she added the meat( its grind bead meat) then just add the cooked kale into the meat and blend them togather to bring out the taste in it. Every min she added more butter but its up to you. Some ppl they don't like too much butter so they use little... Now she added the eybe( ethiopia home made cheese) its like fresh feta cheese.....by the way if you want to try this food go to Ethiopian restaurant and ask for kifo and see how you like it because its straight raw meat and you might not feel comfortable so if u want them to cook it a little bit ask for (leb leb kitfo) but it won't come kale but the cheese on the side will be added....
