FYI I ordered a Amazon Basics USB-C to USB-A 3.1 Gen 2 Adapter Charger Cable, Fast Charger, 10Gbps High-Speed(can't add link) that actually fits the port without mods. It's 3ft but hopefully there is a longer one that is the same for ones that need it.

Great video once again! Gamesir should be reaching out to you as an ambassador, one question I had was related to the high speed cable, I noticed that there are different colors that represent different speeds, is there a particular cable you would be able to recommend that would provide the highest speed? I did a bunch of research, but in the end that was inevitably confused by most of the different options, and you seem to have your head wrapped around it really well.
Hey bro you are to kind! About the cable I just tried to get which looked like it could fit the G7se and 10Gbps capable. I know there are normal usb3 ones 5Gbps as well, but unfortunately the cable didn’t fit and I had to open the controller to test. If the cable makes a difference then a usb3 5Gbps one should do too, as the ones included are only usb2 480Mbps capable. I need to do this test again and might use Gambit on Xbox and Edge on PS5. With my current tests the usb3.1 gen2 10Gbps definitely shows a more consistent result on PS5, and with G7se prior to update a bit faster result.
Bought this controller cause of you ! Best controller ever had ! I ordered 3d printed trigger stops and am waiting to be delivered to me! If the trigger stops are going to work properly, I will let you know !
@thephototechy I will definitely! Contacted gamesir via email and asked them if g7 se has the same triggers with t4 kaleid, and they said yes ! So i ordered 3d printed trigger stops (made for t4 kaleid) and am waiting for them !
I may be able to make a separate device and app for such measurements to be able to get more accurate results. As soon as I finish developing my project to measure the latency of gamepad sticks using a microphone.
I’m so disappointed in Microsoft feeling like they are losing sales because a 45 dollar controller runs better than their 250 controller. I do notice that my controller feels really fast like Gamesir set them to 1000hz after update. But I’m still gonna go 1000hz with headphone jack when it comes out on PC. For my Xbox.
240 filming unfortunately leaves a pretty wide margin of error of up to 4ms since each frame takes just over 4ms you may be getting input 1ms after the current frame but you wont see that until the next frame so you're essentially adding an extra 3ms to any latency results. Then there's also game engine behavior as well as in a game like COD for example there are different delays for movement and when a gun fires so its worth pointing out what exactly is being tested. Getting accurate results requires at least dozens of samples if not hundreds and doing that by counting frames is unfortunately too much of a hassle. I'd look into a DIY adruino latency testing device to streamline the process. That said I bought a G7 SE after two of my dualsense controllers started to drift, I opened both up and cleaned the contacts and they're okay again but for how long who knows. For $45 the G7 SE is amazing value, I use it at 500hz since 1000hz is a bit buggy and I've seen tests and confirmed on my end stick movements can be erratic but 500hz works flawlessly.
Hey yes this test is only good to measure differences and not exact latency. I've done atleast over 300 tests now with G7se in 1000 and 250, and every time the average is faster on 1000hz, even the new Kaleid on xbox I tested forthe recent video, and it shows no improvement in results between 250 and 1000, which is what I suspected before testing.
Great video. Can’t remember what was your frame results using high speed cable with PS5 edge on the PS5? I know the edge can run 1000hz but I’m pretty sure you can get it to do that on PS5 even if you overlock it on PC first, is it 250 or 500 on PS5? Something about the PS5 limiting the usb out to 250hz or something? Have you tried using a USB C 4.0 Gen 3x2 cable ? Or what about a 3.2 Gen 2 cable or a 3.2 Gen 2x2 cable? It’s even higher speed then the cable you are using
Hey so the cable gave edge more 7 frames on ps5 than the standard cable did. The difference I believe is more consistency, it’s something I noticed whilst testing the wolverine V2 pro before I returned it.
Hey bro what sort of register you see at rest? Also have you tried setting the centre point to distribute the drift making the issue much more manageable?
I would love to see a breakdown with this controller on MLB the show 24 for xbox or show me how I could do it? I see the performance boost when I play but want to show my viewers on tiktok that I'm not BS. I feel like when I press A to swing its happening faster then any other controller.

What’s your favorite Xbox controller so far in terms of response time and latency?? I have the stealth ultra but idk, i just wanna know what’s the best in your opinion.
Stealth Ultra actually performs really well when wired. I have a video planned with a head to head of stealth and G7se for aiming. For 4 back buttons Stealth ultra and EswapX are my go to on Xbox, 2 back buttons G7se and Gambit.
@@ThatYankeeFann so for the few tests I’ve done, G7,G7se and Gambit show the best results. Now having the quickest result is good but having a consistent result makes it much better in experience. EswapX showed a bit slower response but very consistent and actually feels great. 250hz wired seems to be very good on Xbox, as Gambit is only 250hz but has a dual core where audio is handled separately. G7se in 250hz is slower than others, it’s something I mentioned in my first ever review of the controller, but didn’t have a way to do this type of test back then. So many people said that it was my controller as they don’t feel no delay, man I wish I was able to do this on the launch, as I truly believe the controller was definitely slower then to what it is now in 250hz. I think this type of test is best for controllers where we feel there is a problem, like I showed with the stealth ultra in wireless with a headset plugged in.
Butt g7se have the 1000 hz best feeling and aiming ingame for me i have my stealth back to the.box and use my g7se with extreme sticks on it its perfect so
I’ve run some tests this week with 500hz and 1000hz and seams that something has changed. I’m getting faster polling rates on 500hz than 1000hz with the default usb cable.
I don’t get the option to change the Hz! I watched a video on where it should appear on the App but it doesn’t appear for me. Do i have to do something for it to pop up??
@@KingAchilles-ce7hoYou have to do it on your PC, the option was removed from xbox app only. If you’re not seeing the option on PC too, maybe you’ll need to update your gamesir app.
Thank you very much for the video. Just one question. Do you think I should buy Gamesir G7se controller or flydigi vader 3 pro or Gulikit kk3 max?for play warzone
I've been using the g7 se for a while and its pretty good for the price. Though how does it compare to a first party controllers like the xbox one and ps4 controllers? Specifically for fps games. I know they have potentiometer sticks but my problem with the g7 se is the lack of stick tension and durability of the spring, sure it doesn't drift if you reset it to the default position but the wiggle feels like your stick is too sensitive and it drifts even if you don't touch it unless you intentionally make it stay at the center.
Hey so the light tension to me feels like a design choice. It definitely feels that the HE sticks are slightly slower at that initial response. My unit has close to 180-200 hours on it and the most register at rest without deadzones is 2-4%, this is with a really good centre point. I’ve made a video on the Ksilver sticks and the materials used, the spring used is definitely a little bit smaller than the alps, but seeing the inside of the stick did impress me.
Great vid! Any idea why the 1000hz is only W11 feature? Also, what is the frame difference of 500hz vs 1000hz with the original cable? Does the 1000hz induce drift or centering or any other issues/bugs? Thanks!
Hey so personally when I used the 500 on Xbox it didn’t feel that much different to me, so I’ve only tested the 1000 vs 250 every time. There supposed to be a 1000hz for windows 10 coming with the next firmware, apparently it was something agreed to have it removed from Xbox but full features on pc, so that should work without a script according to their discord post. I haven’t had any issues of extra drift with 1000hz, I did encounter 1 bug some time ago where if nexus had any deadzones applied, the stick would get stuck out even though it’s physically centred, this didn’t happen with 0 deadzones in nexus.
So if you had 1000 before the update i should still be good? I’ve downloaded the update but don’t notice any differences. So it should still be 1000hz right
Hey I just used the one linked below, but it doesn’t fit the G7se’s port so I had to open the controller for tests. LDLrui 3m USB-A to USB-C Data... www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09HXKSZ5B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Hello, I haven't used the controller for a while. But I always had it set to 1000Hz (Xbox Series X). Since the last update, I can no longer see how many Hz it is running at. It just says: "Please use the PC to switch the report rate to 250Hz". How many Hz is the controller running at now? Does anyone know?
Hey that’s your 1000hz profile, it’s set to 1000 or 500 whatever you had it set to before. If you need to change it you’ll need to connect to a pc to do that now.

Hey so I was trying to test if the cable made a difference and the same day the software update came out. What I found after checking the results is the cable could make a difference prior to the update, but after the update we still have the 1000hz performance of the normal cable, but we seems to have lost that extra performance from a high speed cable that I saw on my results.
That’s definitely a video I need to make specially with 1000hz, coz the G7 might take the throne as the fastest one on Xbox, but I need to do thorough testing on it.
@@thephototechy Nop, you can just plug it in and play. Emulator is built in the system, you can swap emulator modes on the controller screen (It has a controller screen like turtle beaches). You just need to plug controller to any power source to change mode.

Hey do you mean Nexus doesn’t recognise the controller on pc? Has not happened once to me some time ago, was able to fix it by uninstalling the controller driver from device and printers, then reconnecting the controller.
@@thephototechy I did these steps, and even deleted the GameSir application and reinstalled it again, but the problem was not solved. It seems that the problem is from my computer.

Can't be changed on the Xbox App, Microsoft agreement doesn't allow it. If you use a Windows PC easy to change but if you have a Mac use Parallels trial for VirtualBox.
I mean the update only comes out on PC because nothing comes out in the app on my console, it will be counterproductive if you have the update. I currently have the version 6.30 or how do I update directly from Xbox greetings friend great information
Yea so this update is not for the controller and is nexus only currently. All this has done is taken the 1000hz toggle away from nexus on Xbox. The firmware for controller should be out soon I believe. Will have to see if that changes anything.
Hey yes you can map them to back buttons, and if needed you can change the stick buttons to a different input as well, and the back will still do the stick input and stick will do whatever you set to. You can also disable the stick button if needed and still keep it mapped to back
Hey I'm getting stick drift when I have it on 1000hz for pc, I try changing different settings on the sticks and so far nothing has work yet. I also did a calibration and no difference, do you have any solutions on getting it fixed?
Hey bro how much register you see at rest with 0 deadzones in nexus? Also have you adjusted the centre point correctly whilst doing the manual calibration? Having all the drift in one direction will need larger in game deadzones to avoid, one near feature of G7se is the ability to adjust centre point, which can distribute the drift equally so a much lower deadzone can be used. I’ve made a video on the Ksilver sticks and the spring is something that lose some tension, but I believe that’s by design. I do have a video showing how to adjust the centre point on my channel “G7se stick drift fix” hope that helps.
@@thephototechy I'm not to sure but the drift gets all over the place. I tried getting the center point on the app but it closes when I do the calibration. I been using the Rainbow Pro 2 and it comes with 1000hz out of the box wired and it feels pretty responsive so far. I'm liking it a bit more than the g7 se cause it has 4 paddles and trigger locks
@@alucard4602 hey bro try and do the manual calibration without the app, I’ve noticed the calibration though app can be finicky at times, hence I shows the manual calibration in my video.
Yo phototechy, quick question. If I plug my controller into my brothers pc (windows 11) and turn on 1000hz, when i plug it back into my pc will it stay as 1000hz or switch back to my settings?
Hey so the profile will stay how you set up last, even when you open your own nexus it’ll read the controllers info and show you 1000hz. Now that script they have for windows 11 is machine specific and don’t transfer through controller I believe. They’ve mentioned on their discord a proper 1000hz is coming in the next controller firmware for windows 10 as well, so let’s see how that’ll behave.
Question i just got the controller today installed update but cant overclock it at all and wabted to see if you wouldnt happen to know the actual polling rate of controller im on xbox
Hey bro, the overclock option was removed from Xbox app, but you can enable it on a pc and it saves on the controller, which then can be used on Xbox. As standard the controller will be 250hz.
Hey unfortunately I wasn’t able to double confirm this as I updated, but according to my results that day definitely looks to be the case. I need to do this test again and will be adding other controllers as well. For now I’d say don’t update as I don’t see anything new added. There is an update today which I still need to check what’s changed.
Hey. I just bought this controller and everything is fine until I enable the 1000hz polling rate then I get bad stick drift and stuck left and right triggers? Any idea why is that and how could I fix it? Thanks.
Hey what you describe sounds fimiliar to an issue I encountered where the stick would be not centred even when it was. I was able to avoid this by disabling any deadzones in nexus app, so keep sticks to 0-100 and use in game deadzones. Also do the manual calibration on the controller so the sticks and triggers are calibrated properly.
Hey bro so prior to the update there’s a clear advantage using a usb3.1 gen2 cable, but whatever the update has done it seems that advantage is not their anymore. I’m going to test this cable result on different controllers for a separate video.
@@thephototechy Looking forward to the next video. Yesterday I started using the Dual Sense Edge with a 5gbps cable and it does indeed feel more smooth to me than stock cable. Ordered a 20gbps to try with the PS5 Slim USB C ports today. Thanks for your research.
Heres my feedback brother. I can feel the difference when playing fornite (the pit map), when i pump, or swap for shockwave. I believe this update brought a slight worse response when i click. I bought this controller to use on the console, I read on their official discord that probably in the future you can use 1000Hz and the audio output at the same time, but only for PC, fortunately I have automatic updates disabled on my console so I will probably never update the app or the controller, the only feature I was really interested in was being able to use the 1000Hz and the audio output at the same time, but I don't think that will happen 😔

@@thephototechyok so I can change to 250hz if I like to use my headset on controller and change again on pc app to 1000hz and this will work like that still ok so this option only was removed from Xbox app correct brother
Are you testing it on the Xbox or the pc? There are people that swear that Xbox only takes input every 250hz, it doesn't feel like that for me. Also why did you use a game and not a test app? I feel it easier to see if there is stick movement on the app than there.
Yea so I’m on Xbox consoles only and used the seriesx for my tests. I also thought Xbox could only accept 250hz and that might still be true, but the fact is G7se shows clear improvement with 1000hz on Xbox. I’ve covered the 1000hz a couple of times, in fact I came up with this screen recording test due to people saying there is no difference and what I felt with 1000hz on Xbox was a placebo, this was when it was first released late last year. Now the improvements felt by me and a lot of others with 1000hz and as shown by my tests, could be a result of xbox actually taking 1000hz with Gamesir’s work around, or it could simply be the reason that there is no audio processing going on the device, it’s something I’ve often thought about but can’t test until I have my own gaming pc and conduct tests with a true 1000hz working. My other tests of dual sense edge on ps5 which is also a 1000hz shows same performance but that’s a ps5 and this is seriesx so I don’t want to compare the two.Another good point of 1000hz working on Xbox is the fact Gamesir was asked by Microsoftto remove it, due to unfair competitive advantage, this is according to their discord post so it might actually be working. Using other apps on Xbox for tests could be a good solution but I base my reviews and thoughts on game performance, so testing in cod is the best way I can judge, coz using edge browser on Xbox I’m not sure will show the true latency results, as I’ve used some browser based mouse latency tests and the results just didn’t line up. But currently my channel is based on console testing so for pc results I believe other channels will have way better info than me.
Hey the controller feels more responsive and one could even say smooth, it’s just a ticking thing where I feel things get a little bit easier in 1000hz.
Hey bro so mine is on firmware 6.30, if I set to 1000hz on pc, it saves on the controller and works on Xbox. Xbox nexus no longer have the option to change the report rate any longer.
@@thephototechydid you run the script on your PC or simply switch to 1000hz and switch over to your Xbox, I just had to set a new one up and my old one was already on 1000hz from the old firmwares so I wanna make sure I’ve done it right
@@buky6825 hey so personally I think the update is definitely beneficial, as the only thing the old firmware had, was how the max stick deadzone worked a bit different. If you reduced it from 100 it would just stop the register to whatever number you chose and won’t register a 100% at a lower stick push like it is now. I’d say get the nexus on a pc and update. Make one profile with 1000hz so you can try and see how you feel about it compared to 250hz, as audio won’t work in 1000hz, so if you need the audio then make sure you have a profile set to 250 on the controller. Get the nexus on your Xbox but it won’t allow you to change the report rate, so that 1000hz you set on the pc will need to be changed in the pc. The app is useful to make changes so it’s sorta needed if you ever want to make any changes to sticks deadzones and trigger deadzones. Personally I’d recommend making the sticks deadzones to 0-100 and use in game deadzones to avoid drift if you have any. Triggers up to you how you want to setup.

Hey I don’t think it’s a skill issue. When I first got this one I felt that difference too. If your other controller was a normal potentiometer sticks one, then you’ll definitely need to find new sensitivity settings. There are other things to consider as well if you are using the deadzones applied in the nexus software, I’d recommend disabling the ones in the app and use in game deadzones if needed. Hey nexus on Xbox won’t have the option for the 1000hz toggle anymore, but the pc version can set this and saves on the controller, which then improves the performance on Xbox.
@@thephototechy I thought it was the app that controlled 1000hz & if you changed platforms, you had to set it again in the app on the platform you were on?
@@HoPPa8SkiT hey once set on the app and even if you move to a different pc, the nexus will read what’s on the controller and show the settings saved on the controller. I actually like this feature so changing machines don’t change your preferred stick and trigger settings, and same for report rate as well.
@@thephototechy Sounds absolutely fantastic! Got a little worried there for a while. Removed automatic update in the app as soon as I saw the video. I think Microsoft's response to the whole thing is very bad. We as consumers have to ourselves be able to choose whether we want to use that mode or not. Not everyone plays multiplayer games either. @xbox @ Microsoft, if you're reading this. Let us choose for ourselves! Just a shame for anyone else thinking of buying a G7 & realizing that you can't set 1000hz in the app anymore.
@@HoPPa8SkiT I know exactly what you mean, the issue on Microsoft side seems to be all the other third party controllers, who haven’t figured out a way for this, as Microsoft permits 4ms max. When I do mutually heard about the 1000hz I actually thought it’d be pc only thing, but to my surprise it made a difference on Xbox as well. According to Gamesir discord post, they’ve been asked by Microsoft to remove this, and I have a feeling that other manufacturers might have raised their concerns about this. There was a time I thought Microsoft was actually allowing the 1000hz on Xbox coz of dualsens edge being 1000hz on PS5, but in reality it’s something Gamesir managed to do. I have a feeling that we’ll be losing this all together at some point and not sure what this means for future controllers. I do wish Microsoft allow for this feature but then we’ll have so many controllers on the market already that are locked at 250hz and Microsoft’s own controllers to 125hz. I’ve been on Xbox platform since the original Xbox and I’ve loved all of them, even Xbox one which I got on launch night 😂. Right now I feel like making the PS5 my main console coz the forced crossplay on Xbox is unfair anyways. Difficult situation for sure.
Hey bro, yes but the option has been disabled from the Xbox app, so it needs to be set on a pc and it saves it on the controller. I do have a feeling this option might be taken away completely once there’s another update for the controller, but hopefully the ones who don’t update will get to keep it.
@@thephototechyso is it still 1000mhz if you never took it off that? I just noticed that the option was removed but I couldnt use my headset with the remote still. I'm just assuming it's still working fine tho, you just need to do somthing on pc if you didnt already have a 1000mhz profile.
@ThePhotoTechy Before i take my controller out the box and conncet it to my xbox there is something i would like to ask, could us console players who dont have access to pc can we do the 1000hz and also if it disables headphone jack could we use the headphone jack on the monitor if we have 1, then possibly have the gamesound coming from that, i know we'll loose game chat but for solo games would be 👌🏽 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hey so the 1000hz options has been disabled from the console app completely. A pc is needed to enable that, but the audio from the monitor will work fine, you can even use a different device like Astro or a wireless headset to get the audio. There was the feature of copilot controller for audio, it I’ve seen comments where that’s a bit problematic now.
@thephototechy so out of the box is there any recommendations you can give me for the best performance I can get on my console with this pad for call of duty warzone
@@DarkTriad6 Absolutely, first off, make sure to disable the 10% minimum dead zones that are enabled by default. Also, verify that your controller is properly calibrated with a good center point. Once you've disabled the dead zone, check the registration to ensure it's consistent across all points. If you encounter any issues, refer to my video on fixing stick drift, which covers manual calibration and center point adjustment. Additionally, experiment with enabling or disabling raw mode, as it can significantly impact your gaming experience based on your preferences. As for the triggers, it's a matter of personal preference-try adjusting the minimum and maximum settings, or explore the hair trigger options to find what suits you best.
@thephototechy you've been great and very fast with all your feedback, thank you I genuinely respect your answers, I'll get to unboxing and start having a play around 😊

Hey yes it’ll be interesting to see how the new controller firmware will perform.
I could be wrong but it kinda looked like my middle point of the sticks centered better after the update. It weird I know but it really feels that way
Great video.
Only had mine 6 months and already has crazy stick drift. Thought it was a great deal at first but idk.
Hey bro what sort of register you see at rest? Also have you tried setting the centre point to distribute the drift making the issue much more manageable?

Stealth Ultra actually performs really well when wired. I have a video planned with a head to head of stealth and G7se for aiming. For 4 back buttons Stealth ultra and EswapX are my go to on Xbox, 2 back buttons G7se and Gambit.
@@thephototechy what do you feel is your best go to tho for just latency? Like #1, or would you say all are pretty good and it’s just preference
Doesn't this only matter when playing on PC instead of console? Because the console caps you at 125 Hz, correct?
@@thephototechy Awesome, will check your video on the ksliver later. Thanks.

Also, what is the frame difference of 500hz vs 1000hz with the original cable?

It might be small but i can still feel it. Which makes me little sad because I can tell my trigger response make a difference in the game 😢. Still, best controller i have, don't even touch my series 2 because literally since several months (like 5 to 6months), this controller has no drift ❤️🦔
Hope this feedback is helpful ✨
Hey bro definitely helps a lot, thanks for sharing!
Why not just buy a pair of wireless headphones that’s what I did.
You can still change this on pc app to 1000hz but no on Xbox app any more only that what I understand
Question!!!!! Name of the highest speed cable !!! Please I need buy one 😢
Hey bro the one linked below is what I bought, but it doesn’t fit G7se. I’ve been using it with my stealth ultra and edge on ps5, also there are cables capable of even more bandwidth now. I just wanted to try something that’s quicker than the usb2 ones that come with the controllers.

Has nothing changed on PC ?
not sure but all ik is that the polling rate setting is still on pc
The update suppose to make it better on pc as stated by Gamesir. Using the nexus will definitely write something to the controller. Would love to know what you think of the performance on ox after the update? Thanks.
@@thephototechy on PC on the gamesir nexus app there are no updates it always tells me 6.30 is the latest version
@@NINJAS_ag hey yes the controller version will stay the same, you’ll see an update for nexus only, check the Microsoft store and it should have the option below the open button.
@@thephototechy yes, in fact, I noticed that the app updated automatically.. nothing seems to have changed, I still have the 1000hz option, also checked with xinput 👌👌
So the only Chance to get 1000 herz on xbox is using a pc for the nexus app
Hey yes, right now with the current firmware, setting 1000 on pc transfer over to Xbox. It might change as the new Kaleid behaves differently in 1000hz and seems to lose the Xbox license, so that one only improves performance in 500hz
Did you find out if different usb cables help?
Hey so it seems they sorta did with G7se but I need to do multiple tests and use other controllers as well
Hi I just bought this controller do you recommend me updating the controller?
Hey if you have access to a pc and want to use the 1000hz then yes. Enabling the 1000hz on pc will bring it to xbox as well, but the 3.5mm port will be disabled in the 1000hz profile.
@@thephototechy hi is this controller overclockable on 1000hz with windows 10 now?
@@RevivedGamerHD hey so far it only works like a 500hz controller for me, that promised update is not out yet I believe. I do need to check if there’s an update on nexus for it.
@@thephototechyDoes the 3.5mm port still works on 500hz?
@@caRloscaba11ero hey only on 250hz. 500 and 1000 disable it.
So when you using pc app to change polling rate on controller this still will work and save on controller you can change for 250hz to 500hz and to 1000hz and this still will work on Xbox yes ?
Hey yes still working on xbox after using a pc to change, I've tested and confirmed it. but for whatever reason there was an advantage to be had with a usb3 cable before which seems to not be there now.
@@thephototechythanks a lot, that's a solid way of thinking and it makes a lot of sense.
There is a problem with the microphone. I cannot speak. Is there a solution?

É muito vantajoso usar os 1000hz comparados aos 250hz ou a diferença é mínima?
Hey the controller feels more responsive and one could even say smooth, it’s just a ticking thing where I feel things get a little bit easier in 1000hz.
Can we get a 1009 hurts back on Xbox
Hey bro so mine is on firmware 6.30, if I set to 1000hz on pc, it saves on the controller and works on Xbox. Xbox nexus no longer have the option to change the report rate any longer.
@@thephototechydid you run the script on your PC or simply switch to 1000hz and switch over to your Xbox, I just had to set a new one up and my old one was already on 1000hz from the old firmwares so I wanna make sure I’ve done it right
So my G7 Se just came in yesterday, it came with v6.20. Should I do the update? I’m still new to this…
Woah bro that’s a really old firmware. That one won’t allow for 1000hz I believe. Are you on Xbox or pc? If on Xbox do you have an access to a pc?
@@thephototechy I’m on Xbox, I personally don’t have one but I can get my sister to let me borrow her laptop. What do you recommend?
@@thephototechy thank you 🙏🏽 ima give it a try. I do need audio, cuz my wireless headset mic just stopped working so I use a wired one now so that I can use a mic. My second question is
On pc which is best 1000hz or 250 hz?
Hey it’s removed from the nexus app on Xbox, but can be stored to a profile on the controller. The performance improvement can be seen by my tests after the update. I’ve never used a 1000hz on pc, also it might be the 1000hz on Xbox is the max improvement the controller can have with console limitations, and the true pc 1000hz might be a lot better than what it’s on console.

Found my own answer. I put deadzone settings to 1 and that was the entire issue. Beamed like a hacker the next game 😂.
The feel of the HE sticks is different for sure bro, so will need some adjustment and finding the right settings.

@@DarkTriad6
Absolutely, first off, make sure to disable the 10% minimum dead zones that are enabled by default.
