This was a vocal masterpiece on a Beethoven classic masterpiece ! Faouzia delivered a visually and an artistically magnificent performance ! Her stripped down versions of songs is unparalleled in todays music ! Just a piano ,cello and her voice captured a beautiful monent in time for all to witness ! Faouziai is one of the great young singer-songwriters of today and even though she's not well known in the mainstream spotlight, she is becoming one of those uniquely talented and interesting artists of today. Faouzia as you already know is fluent in three languages, plays three instruments and is completing her university degree in Engineering. This girl is the real deal.! Beauty, brains and talent are three teuths we know as Faouzia. I want to thank you again for posting this unbelievably beautiful gem and I hope you continue on the journey with us all. I’d say she’s on par with Ariana vocally. They do runs differently. Ariana is more soulful/gospel influenced. Faouzia’s runs play on the Arabic/classical scales. Overall though, Faouzia is more musically talented.

When watching again I immediately recognized certain remarks and face and gestures you made and that already had me smile when watching it for the first time... Btw. if you want to do another Faouzia, since her vocal and emotional prowess was really revealed to me some weeks ago (her name had been familiar since I've been loving Agseisa's incredible cover of Faouzia's "This Mountain" on the Roommate Project channel "See You On Wednesday" for years...) I've been diggin' deep and found some more performances of hers that are just mind blowing like this one... One of those is a stripped half an hour concert (her singing and playing a grand piano at the same time, live in Abu Dhabi, three years ago). The video is on a fan channel, but excellent recording quality, I could not find this live recording on her own platform... Here's a link for the full concert, but "FaouziaFC" has also single cuts from the whole thing. But the second comment of the full video has a tracklist with timestamps, so you could also use that one to jump right to the start of any specific song, the first one I heard was "How It All Works Out", but each and every song of this set is breathtaking...
