Question Mark. A BassProShops boat salesman said that this boat is tournament legal. Not sure if he is right though because I thought the rules here in az was a 40 quart livewell minimum? This boats livewell has 36 quarts.
I guess that depends on your organization, I know for a fact all of them don’t require a size, however you can’t weigh dead fish. That being the livewell is small and five 3 lb largemouth would be pushing it. Not the ideal tournament boat.
@@MarkBlackstock You know what though after looking at the boat you could upgrade. The storage box behind the driver seat in the center you could put a drop in livewell there. Since it a pretty big storage box you could probably get 14 or 15 gals out of it.

Good vid, but I don't know of 40mph and up. I have the 50 classic. With me and another person it hits 38 tops. So maybe 40 tops with one. I could be wrong.
I was thinking of buying a 2020 xl. I'm 280lbs do you think it's OK for me to be up front one these boats. I'm Worried the boats would be down too much up front. Lol
Hi Mark, noticed in the beginning of the video that the Tracker XL is being pulled by a Tacoma. My question is, do you think that a 4c 2019 Tacoma can pull that XL? I'm 90 percent sure I'm going to purchase this boat. Just worried about the pulling and stopping power of my 4c Tacoma. Do you think I can accomplish this?
Yes it will pull it it really depends on your area and abundance of hills if any. I had the 6cyl it towed I’d great. They boat was nothing in comparison to others. People tow them with Subaru’s it will be fine.

Don't mean to hate, no way its gonna get to 40mph my classic xl is lucky to get to 32mph with the 50hp. its a great boat definitely.

Seen two vids that did it at 35 mph and one other vid did it at 36 mph. That's pretty fast for a 50 hp.

ddm62571 that’s where all of my tackle goes. I wouldn’t buy this if tournament fishing was something I was doing slot of. It’s a glorified Jon boat.

I haven’t seen it myself. Mine goes 32 and I saw 33 once for a second.
Do you have instruction on the front casting deck? Especially how you braced the wood?
I used wood screws to brace itself together.

Non issue, boat is incredibly stable for what it is. I would recommend adding an additional casting deck.
