A brilliant choice with the monkfish rice... kudos for that. I'm glad you enjoyed my hometown... Whenever you have the chance to comeback, please order the Pernil com Queijo da Serra sandwich (braised ham with mountain cheese) in Casa Guedes - those are the best.

Loved this video, the chicken looks good. Maybe rethink supporting air bnb though, they kind of screw locals over. Love the whole concept of your channel

@@Jojo_ojoj the sauce is made with porkfat,grounded black pepper,lot's of crushed garlic,a splash of white wine,fresh orange juice,that's it ,the best roasted piglet,first before roasting the pig they make a paste with the same ingredients,rub it in the whole interior of the pig,and with a needle and thread they sow the porks belly so all the flavour stay inside the pig, when it comes out of the oven,they capture and make the sauce with just adding orange juice and white wine.You can find lots of videos on YT,just search for "Leitao à Bairrada",ps should allways be served with homemade french fries!!
