hahah i also just finished a work project where i needed exactly this, but i had to scrape info from two other, less relevant for my case, tutorials. only thing i used for keying in addition to what's covered here was an Advanced spill suppressor.
You might want to add some film grain or blur to your subject, as he looks too clean against the background image. Also, by using the assets, the lighting doesn't quite match up. I would have built the background first and then tried to match the lighting a little better when filming. The holograms would be emitting light, which would hit your subject as well, given how close they are. Because this was not planned for in post, the ambiance doesn't quite match, making the shot look a little "green screened". But awesome technique for keying bad footage. I usually duplicate the footage, but now I'm going to use this method instead. Really good tip. :)
