Hi from another Brit! Yeah the girls are something very special, 10 years of performing as a band now and they’re just 18, 21 and 23 at the moment! I saw them when they came to the UK earlier this year opening for Muse here and through Europe, plus their own smaller headlining shows. At the end of the tour Matt gifted Dany a Yellow custom Manson guitar specifically made for her! The bass player is the youngest sister and she is the tallest. The drummer is quite short and the guitarist is also not very tall. Some people in The Warning Army probably know the exact heights. Subscribed to see your reaction to their live videos which are actually more impressive than the studio versions. Anything from Teatro Metropolitan CDMX or the MTV VMAs would be great!
@@BraindeadBreakdown A phrase I read somewhere went something to the effect of "Where most bands try to capture their studio sound when on stage, with _The Warning_ it's pretty much the opposite - they struggle to capture their live sound on a recording."
They are small and to quote Lzzy Hale, fierce on stage, yet funny, humble and charming off stage. They incorporate guitar solos sparingly into their songs, because the music is more the vehicle for the lyrics or message. When Dany does solo, they are usually more melodic (think Clapton, Roger Waters) than shredding. Enjoyed your reaction! 😎👍
When she played one of her solos here in Salt Lake City this year, she ran down off stage and zipped around through the audience. I tried to catch a photo, but just got a blur and the back of some guy's head. (Dany's pretty small) :( They were absolutely phenomenal live!
I am going to check more out, I always usually prefer it when a band performs live! I figured I would check out a regular studio version for my first exposure though 🤘
@@BraindeadBreakdown Their song *Disciple* has a really cool MV but then you watch the same song from *Teatro Metropolitan* and you realize that an MV just can't compete. I would suggest a double reaction for that song because the MV really *IS* good after all.
Nice reaction Braindead, three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico. Daniela (Dany) 23 years old guitarist and lead vocals, Paulina (Pau) 21 drummer and backup vocals and will sing lead on some songs and Alejandra (Ale) 18 bassist and backup singer. May I suggest their song "Disciple" from their Teatro Metropolitan CDMX 08/29/2022 on their You Tube channel. Funny you mentioned their height, Dany I think is 5'4, Pau 5'0 even and Ale the youngest is the tallest at 5'7 or 5'8 she seems to be still growing. lol.
@@FunEcar Yea some say 5'2" which is what I always thought but others say 5'4" So I'll go in the middle and say 5'3" but Pau is the perfect size for a portable Nuke at 5 foot.
@@Amaranthine1000 Having seen them live fairly up close in August, I might also peg Ale at more like 5'6". They're all quite slender, so videos make your brain want to believe they're taller LOL!
One of the very few bands out there that is even better live! Try "Disciple," "Animosity," or "Z" from the Teatro Metropolitan performance from last year.
Paulina is "very short" (The Warning - Argentina vlog part 1 of 3, 04:17), Daniela is "smol" (The Warning - Funny Moments 14, 17:14) and Alejandra "got the height" (The Warning - Mayday in the making ep. 2: How it all began, 05:15).
Their studio version are great, but their real superpower is live performances. They KILLED it at the MTV Video Music Awards this year. "Evolve" is a great one to do from that one. And the be Teatro Metropolitan CDMX show from August 2022 is AMAZING. They have released every song from that show on TH-cam as singles. Pick any one of them at random, and you'll love it!
This band has great MV but playing live is their superpower. They are fun to watch and they rock out every time they perform no matter the size of the venue. They are tiny 5', 5'3" and 5' 7" drums guitar and bass Lzzy says tiny but fierce. Thanks for reacting to TW my favorite song is disciple and fun fact the drummer has a killer voice and sings lead on many songs. The bass player also sings great but prefers not to lead. ⚡🔥⚡
Yes you have found another great rabbit hole to get into. These girl are on the rise fast now. It was during the pandemic when the girls played their song Dull Knives for De(tour) on a live stream that Lzzy Hale said on Twitter that when it was over... they needed to come on tour with her. And true to her word Lzzy Hale of Halestorm took them on tour also with The Pretty Reckless and another young band you may want to check out that Lzzy took with them is Lillith Czar. And for Danny that was a dream come true as she is one of her biggest idols and influences. I only found them at the start of the pandemic and instantly fell in love with them and joined their Patreon and havent looked back except to rewatch over and over again their videos lol
They are three sisters from Mexico (from youngest to oldest), Alejandra (Ale, bass), Paulina (Pau, drums), and Daniela (Dany, vocals/guitar). They certainly are rock stars, but also very humble and human. All three of them can sing, and their harmonizing is beautiful. Oh, and they also play piano. This rabbit hole is a deep one, by the way, and the rabbit sits there, in the entrance to the burrow, gesturing to you to follow it, while it's humming the riff from Metallica's Enter Sandman. To clarify, when they were 9, 12, and 14, they made a cover of Enter Sandman that went viral, and that's that. Don't get me wrong, Choke is a very good song, and it kinda reminds me of Evanescence, but it's no Evolve. That song is EPIC, and probably has one of the best breakdowns in the history of rock. Dany sometimes does solo's, and she does them very well. Evolve has that amazing breakdown, so it doesn't need a solo though. They really shine live, and everything from the Teatro Metropolitan show from last year is amazing. If you're going to react to the above mentioned Evolve, I highly recommend the live VMA version.
3weeks late here, but The Warning has been showing up more and more in my feed. I like that they wear their influences openly. Good solid rock band band. And the Lzzy thing helps a whole lot.
Dany's voice is extraordinary. In the new osng HYCAD she hits F5 on the vocals. Her sisters sing too but they don't have Dany's vocal range on both high and low. She will become one of the best rock voices in history if she keeps going like this. Great song!
⚡The Warning⚡ 🔥👸👸👸🔥 Great songwriters and master musicians. Their philosophy is to incorporate a lead solo as the song warrants. They have a number of songs that utilize a great lead sometimes even a base lead. Thanks🤘😎
Some of their songs have guitar solos. Off the top of my head Z and the title track from their second album Queen of the Murder scene both have solos. Evolve has a great breakdown and that makes up for no solo so to speak.
Off the top of my head I'll say these have solos: Unmendable Exterminated XXI Century Blood Narcisista QOTMS The End Black Holes Z Martirio TWA can fill in what ones I missed.
Welcome....Xmas is early.. you didn't just find another "Girl band" You found "the best girl band" .. regardless of gender you found a band that is Live show perfection. You're going to love this band. You really have no idea.. Do the live stuff at Teatro Metropolitan cdmx 2022 DISCIPLE, ANIMOSITY, DUST TO DUST, it really don't matter which song you choose. 22 songs at this show and every song is awesome... "YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED" TWA🤟🎶☮️
This song didn't need a guitar solo. Sometimes less is more. Dany can shred when it is called for, but they write for the song. No egos in this band, just talent! Bassist is 5'6" of thunder, drummer is 5' of dynamite, and Dany is 5'3" of perfection in all aspects of a front woman. Also, they are best served LIVE!!!
Dany (the guitarist) does do solos when the song requires it. Not all songs require it according to Dany. To see A fire solo, react to the song Z from their live performance at Teatro Metropoilitan CDMX from August of 2022. That whole concert is fire and the audio and video quality are top notch. Some other songs you may like are Disciple, When I am Alone, Dust to Dust plus many others. All these songs were performed at Teatro Met and the live performances are much better than the music videos imo. Hope you go down the rabbit hole.
This is one of the only band in the 17 years of my life that me and my dad can agree on! That they kick ass!! Now I LOVE Metallica but thats his generation these girls are mine! Viva Mexico!! Love Erica Scottsdale Az
Let me tell you something. There's no band (girl, trio or whatever) like this one. For a bunch of reasons...but, just to name one. The 2nd Album from this girls, is the most incredible concept album, i ever heard (Queen of the murder scene). Created when they had only. (Dany)18 , Pau(16) and Ale(13). Also, they dont have bad or mediocre songs. Ty for your reaction! Welcome to this rabbit hole. TWA 🤘

Welcome to The Warning Army! You’ve got here just in time for their 10 anniversary as a band and their upcoming release of their fourth album… but you’ve quite a lot of stuff to discover first… once you jump into the rabbit hole, you’re in it for a joy ride… Enjoy! Saludos desde Mexico 🇲🇽
This was the second The Warning song that i heard and i realy didnt take to it at first, so much so that as their show was coming up (suporting Muse UK) i was a bit disappointed to see it was getting played on their recent setlists, but when i heard it live in person something just clicked and it is now one of my favourites.
"Though be tiny, are fierce." Ale, the youngest (bass player), I is about 5'7'. Danny, the oldest (guitar player), is 5'5'. Pau, (the drummer) is about the same.
Hahaha, yes, they are very small sisters. Dany (oldest, now 23), Guitar is about 5'3". Pau (21), drums is about 5'0". Ale (Ah-Leh, not beer, 18), Bass is about 5'7" (youngest and tallest). As Lzzy Hale described them "Tiny and Fierce, Tiny and Vicious"! Try any of their songs live and they just get better. Try the Teatro Metropolitan concert and you won't go wrong!
They only do solos if they feel the song should have one. If you want to see solo check out Z, XXI Century Blood, or Queen Of The Murder Scene live at Teatro. If you think the PRS looks big wait till you see her with the Explorer from Lzzy Hale (Lizy/Elizabeth)
I will check those out thanks and I look forward to seeing her with the Explorer 😂 and a few people have said about the guitar solo thing, so I will reply to it here. I am not faulting them for not having one, it is their song. How I reacted at the time to that particular change in music, was to feel a guitar solo. I couldn't help it, I think in guitar melodies frequently believe it or not 😂 I really enjoy jamming along to songs so it happens quite a lot. I hope that clears it up 🤘
@@BraindeadBreakdown didn't think you were faulting at all. Queen Of The Murder Scene live at Teatro has the Explorer and solo. Do know that it's it a song from a concept album so it lyrically you may not get the whole picture but is still awesome stand alone song.
Best guitar solos from The Warning are on Queen of the Murder Scene, Narcisista, and When I'm Alone. Survive has a great outro. But Dust To Dust or Animosity is next for you.
This band is a gem! They're worth of checking out! My suggestion fir next songs: Evolve (official video), Dull Knives live from the Warning Cave for deTour. Well, actually take any song...
I agree , i would like to have heard a guitar solo .Dany is quite short yes . I have a challenge for you , see if you can devise a guitar solo for this song , and at what point of the song would the solo start . Look forward to more man.
I have a short on my channel where I did that. It is nothing special, it was just a quick 1 take jam. During editing this video, I thought I would accept my own challenge for fun 🙂
Next stop needs to be "Evolve", their absolutely best live performance of Evolve so far is from the MTV VMA awards a few weeks ago followed closely by Teatro Metropolitan in Aug. 2022. Anything from the Teatro Metroplitan show is a good choice.
I’ll repeat what I’m sure others have already said … think that’s great? Wait till you see them live! MTV VMA’s a great place to start. Height? Well Lzzy calls them tiny & fierce. Guitar solo? ‘Z’ at metropolitan theater, ‘Martirio’ music video (or live of course). David Gilmour you say? ‘Show Me the Light’. Shredding at 14? ‘Enter Sandman’ 2014.
Thanks for the reaction and welcome to The Warning and their army! I love this band, old time classic rock plus more!! You need to do a song from their Live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert in 2022. They go to the next level when they are on stage!!!😊⚡️
Nice react !!! Dany does not do too many "actual leads" but when She does It is like a fine wine.... only when needed (and masterfully crafted) There is a vid out there, when She was in a rock club checking out a band (can't remember who) .. But the guitarist spotted Her .... ran off the stage and gave Her the guitar mid-song to rip a solo...... and she did..... I do not know if it was set up but to me it looked legit.... like Dany had No idea.... Yeah She SLUNG that Axe !!!!
All the gear for the girls is custom made to their individual specs. Dany on guitar is sponsered by PRS, Ale on bass is a Spector featured artist since she was very young and Pau on drums has been sponsered by Sabian since she was very young as well.Thx great reaction.
I think Danny is 5'3" or 5'4" depending on who you ask. Petite, anyway, so if you think that PRS looks big, you should see her with that Gibson Explorer Lizzy gave her.
The Explorer looks like a surfboard on Dany. Ale holding up a 3/4 Fender when she was 9 or 10 is a fun watch too. Good things come in small packages. DPA rock!......
Great reaction! If you think the PRS looks big on Dany, wait until you see her play the Gibson Explorer Lzzy gifted her. It looks like Dany is playing a sheet of plywood.
BIENVENIDO AL MUNDO DE THE WARNING. TE RECOMIENDO LOS VIDEOS EN VIVO EN EL TEATRO METROPOLITAN DE LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO, SON MUY BUENAS, LAS CANCIONES EN VIVO SON MEJORES QUE LAS DE ESTUDIO, MI OPINION.
I see that you noticed that the guitar is a little bigger. The guitar was customized by the brand for Daniela with some specifications for greater comfort, even on the neck it has her abbreviated name engraved as "DANY"...

Not sure it was mentioned, but they also toured North America with Three Days Grace, as well. Guitar solos: when needed and they’re great, but they’re not for showing off, needlessly. When Dany plays solos, like in QOTMS or XXI century blood, normally are very melodic, tasty solos that fit the song perfectly. I think the songs “The end” and “Z” have solos. But Dany would never play crazy “all over the place” solos like Kirk Hammet. Dany is more tasteful. However, Kirk Hammet is awesome 😎.

More Dave Gilmour at times - e.g. The End
When she played one of her solos here in Salt Lake City this year, she ran down off stage and zipped around through the audience. I tried to catch a photo, but just got a blur and the back of some guy's head. (Dany's pretty small) :( They were absolutely phenomenal live!
Pau's even smaller
⚡✌️🤟⚠️⚡ The Army will fill you in very soon! They're Even Better LIVE! Anything from Teatro Metropolitan '22. Rock On TW Army!⚡✌️🤘⚠️⚡
Funny you mentioned their height, Dany I think is 5'4, Pau 5'0 even and Ale the youngest is the tallest at 5'7 or 5'8 she seems to be still growing. lol.
I believe Dany is only 5'2".
@@FunEcar Actually she is "smol" (The Warning - Funny Moments 14, 17:14)
….and they are even better live!…
I am sure they are!
One of the very few bands out there that is even better live! Try "Disciple," "Animosity," or "Z" from the Teatro Metropolitan performance from last year.
And if you need a solo try “Z” at the same venue. Lizzie said they are small and ferocious. In think it’s Bass 5’6”, Guitar 5’3” and drums 5’.
This band freaking rules ..bad ass female band..
Glad you found the band The Warning. You'll have plenty of songs of theirs to explore and enjoy.
When a song is perfect, no need for solos. 🤘🏻
😂
This band is amazing. More please!!!
Dany's voice is extraordinary. In the new osng HYCAD she hits F5 on the vocals. Her sisters sing too but they don't have Dany's vocal range on both high and low. She will become one of the best rock voices in history if she keeps going like this. Great song!
⚡The Warning⚡
🔥👸👸👸🔥
Great songwriters and master musicians.
Their philosophy is to incorporate a lead solo as the song warrants. They have a number of songs that utilize a great lead sometimes even a base lead.
Thanks🤘😎
I look forward to hearing the songs that do incorporate lead 😊
Some of their songs have guitar solos. Off the top of my head Z and the title track from their second album Queen of the Murder scene both have solos. Evolve has a great breakdown and that makes up for no solo so to speak.
I have seen those recommended a couple of times now, so they are definitely on my list!
Off the top of my head I'll say these have solos:
Unmendable
Exterminated
XXI Century Blood
Narcisista
QOTMS
The End
Black Holes
Z
Martirio
TWA can fill in what ones I missed.
Great reaction Warning their rabbit hole is deep . Enjoy.
Welcome to the Heaven of Rock&Roll back on the top..... SOON! Subscription deserved! let's come with us in this amazing rabbit hole! 😉
The Warning still gives me goosebumps when I hear them. ❤
Best power trio in the world! Period..
Lizzy Hale actually came on stage & gifted the guitarist with a custom Explorer! When they toured with Halestorm🤘
This is one of the only band in the 17 years of my life that me and my dad can agree on! That they kick ass!! Now I LOVE Metallica but thats his generation these girls are mine! Viva Mexico!! Love Erica Scottsdale Az
They don't many guitar solos but some good ones are in "Z", Queen of the Murder Scene, When I'm Alone, XXI Century Blood.
TWA 🤘
The other thing that blowes me away is that they are also composers at such a young age
THE WARNING la mejor banda actual de ROCK🤘🤘
I am glad you have made your way to The Warning! This band has saved Rock and Roll for me, they are stellar musicians, amazing song writers, and all around awesome people! Great reaction!
Thanks very much dude, I am glad you enjoyed the video! I really enjoyed listening to them and judging by the overall tone of the comments, it is only up from here with this band! So I am looking forward to that, I enjoyed them as it is 😂
You have been Warned!
Public fav is the drummer but me i really love the youngest sister aka bassist 😁
There is no doubt that with The Warning you will enjoy good music, excellent lyrics with dazzling passion and energy. 🤘
El rock duro de The Warning y sus excelentes riffs metaleros se escuchan en este tema de ,CHOKE, un poderoso trio de rock con mas de 46 temas y todos excelentes y que tremenda voz rockera de Dany ,TW ,un rock puro
You have been warned!!saludos desde Guadalajara México
Welcome to The Warning Army! You’ve got here just in time for their 10 anniversary as a band and their upcoming release of their fourth album… but you’ve quite a lot of stuff to discover first… once you jump into the rabbit hole, you’re in it for a joy ride… Enjoy! Saludos desde Mexico 🇲🇽
I think this will be the first case where I do a bit of listening between videos, to get a bit more context before the next reaction 😂
“Scientific Listening”
This was the second The Warning song that i heard and i realy didnt take to it at first, so much so that as their show was coming up (suporting Muse UK) i was a bit disappointed to see it was getting played on their recent setlists, but when i heard it live in person something just clicked and it is now one of my favourites.
"Though be tiny, are fierce." Ale, the youngest (bass player), I is about 5'7'. Danny, the oldest (guitar player), is 5'5'. Pau, (the drummer) is about the same.
Are you dreaming? Pau is about the same to who? Pau is 5. Dany is like 5'4 and Ale is 5'7
Hahaha, yes, they are very small sisters.
Funny enough Choke was also the first song I heard from them. Then it was ERROR. After that... I dunno, it was a blur of awesome.
I will check those out thanks and I look forward to seeing her with the Explorer 😂
and a few people have said about the guitar solo thing, so I will reply to it here.
I'm a new sub from Vancouver BC 🇨🇦 Great reaction! Love your attitude about making up your own solo for this song 🎸
Best guitar solos from The Warning are on Queen of the Murder Scene, Narcisista, and When I'm Alone. Survive has a great outro. But Dust To Dust or Animosity is next for you.
Thank you for the recommendations 😊
@@BraindeadBreakdown best guitar solos in addition to what was mentioned above is Z, The End and XXI Century Blood.
This band is a gem! They're worth of checking out! My suggestion fir next songs: Evolve (official video), Dull Knives live from the Warning Cave for deTour. Well, actually take any song...
Awesome reaction to my favorite band, keep them coming ! New sub.
Thank you for the sub! 🙂
You are in for quite a ride with these beautiful chicas❤❤❤
I agree , i would like to have heard a guitar solo .Dany is quite short yes . I have a challenge for you , see if you can devise a guitar solo for this song , and at what point of the song would the solo start . Look forward to more man.
I have a short on my channel where I did that. It is nothing special, it was just a quick 1 take jam. During editing this video, I thought I would accept my own challenge for fun 🙂
I subbed for more The Warning!!!
There will be more in the future, I really enjoyed this!
Welcome to a desirable new addiction. 🤘😎❤️⚠️
Live! This is the best live band ever.
Here comes the army!
Best 3 piece in the world. Viva The Warning!
Great reaction brother...I just SUBSCRIBED! 💖✨🔥⚡🚀🤘🏽
Thank you for the sub 🙂
Thanks for the reaction and welcome to The Warning and their army! I love this band, old time classic rock plus more!! You need to do a song from their Live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert in 2022. They go to the next level when they are on stage!!!😊⚡️
Hail the new Queens of Rock❤❤❤
It is Lzzy Hale.a fan of her's was an Ozzy, would send the letters to Lzzy and it stuck. Dany only does solos when she feels the song needs one.
They never disappoint. You can trust this band of sisters .
Watch them at the VMA’s kill it with their song “Evolve”
I think Danny is 5'3" or 5'4" depending on who you ask. Petite, anyway, so if you think that PRS looks big, you should see her with that Gibson Explorer Lizzy gave her.
The Explorer looks like a surfboard on Dany.
Ale holding up a 3/4 Fender when she was 9 or 10 is a fun watch too.
Good things come in small packages.
DPA rock!......
And they have toured with Halestorm also
Great reaction! If you think the PRS looks big on Dany, wait until you see her play the Gibson Explorer Lzzy gifted her. It looks like Dany is playing a sheet of plywood.
I hope you check out their live performances. I don't really listen to their studio tracks anymore because I enjoy their live sound so much more.
BIENVENIDO AL MUNDO DE THE WARNING. TE RECOMIENDO LOS VIDEOS EN VIVO EN EL TEATRO METROPOLITAN DE LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO, SON MUY BUENAS, LAS CANCIONES EN VIVO SON MEJORES QUE LAS DE ESTUDIO, MI OPINION.
You are third person to recommend that show already! I will make a note of it 😊
@@BraindeadBreakdown SI BRO, ESA PRESENTACION ESTUVO MUY BIEN. SALUDOS.
I see that you noticed that the guitar is a little bigger. The guitar was customized by the brand for Daniela with some specifications for greater comfort, even on the neck it has her abbreviated name engraved as "DANY"...
You have been Warned!!
The Warning make good videos. Their live shows are great!! Review any song from the Teatro Metropolitan show. You won’t be disappointed. Welcome to your next favorite band!

Thank you for subscribing, I will definitely be coming back to The Warning soon! I hope you enjoy it! 🤘
Not sure it was mentioned, but they also toured North America with Three Days Grace, as well.
Guitar solos: when needed and they’re great, but they’re not for showing off, needlessly.
Subscribed to join you on this adventure. Better put your seat belt on :-)
The lead guitarist, Dany is probably about 5’5”… (guess). Drummer, Pau is 5’0” and bassist, Ale, is the tallest - guessing 5’9” or 5’10”?
You have been warned. I look forward to more. When Danny solos it’s often very melodic. She does shred on a few as well.
Well I think The Warning Army pretty much about all you initially needed to know so my two cents here I would highly recommed reacting to the TEDx talk 2017 that's what got me hooked everything else after that were masterful. Subscribed for more The Warning DPA Goddesses reactions and greetings from Guadalajara
Thank you for subscribing! I will definitely be checking out more of their work in the future 😊
I completely agree. If they would just let the song breathe a little. An extra measure in between phrases, guitar solo, etc. I'm hoping.
They’re better live as many have indicated.
