Suzuki Vstrom 650 XT. Buying and 1st Impressions from a middle age biker

Bought the bike mid of February 2024, it's my long termer bike now. After sampling lots of bikes, I think the 650s combine light weight + adequate power for bikers who are not experienced with tall and heavy ADV bikes.

Spent yesterday on mine, 400+ Miles; it’s a ‘21 650 XT ADV, same color ;-) Also ride an RE Himalayan (1st gen), so consider the Strom ‘heavy’ ..and more powerful than I’ll ever need - even on US Interstates @ 80MPH. Solid choice!

Thanks, ya the 650 has all the speed we need in the real world and more. The Himalayan was one of my choice also but I kept reading about problems for the gen 2. 😅 anyway super happy with the 650😂 😂😂😂
