Think with basic knowledge....Customer has not used his mobile number for Long days so it got inactive and same number has been allocated to some other person...Then How come he is using his account regularly without credit or debit for 1 year the account will come into Dormant No debit status....Then how come still without his salary credit and other credits that account is getting maintained....Customer careless it not bank prblm

How the bank gave loan without verifying aadhar card photo PAN etc? It is the total failure of the bank How A/C NO is known to him? Service providers allot the mobile no to others if not recharged for more than 90 days. I also got one Jio sim and all the SMS related to the banking transactions of the previous customer r received by me! Such lazy people r still there

Please Don't even try to open an account with HDFC Bank, unless you are Super rich.

HDFC is scam back cause I've open my account in 2018 next year I've closed the account but still in 2024 is active with - amount of debit maintanence charges how they can charge 0 account and even that account is closed
