So good to meet a sister in Christ God bless you I accidentally stumbled on your video and I absolutely love your way of cooking very explanatory very down to earth love your southern accent so adorable you're beautiful silver hair and beautiful kitchen so very happy to have stumbled on this video Thank you and a Very Merry Christmas A sister-in Christ, 🙏😇 Jill 🎄❄️ ⛄️
This is great ! My dad and my grandpa loved maple fudge...now all my kids love it as well. I'm definitely making this for Christmas when they all come home! Awesome channel! You explained everything very well
3tsps yes, and 2 -12oz bags of white chips..if you like a stronger maple flavor you can alittle more...or you can also not use as much..all on your taste
Well, I tried your recipe today and it was FUBAR! I used 2 bags of Nestle' Premium White Chocolate chips, 2 tbsp of salted butter and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk - 2 minutes in the microwave and then stirred like crazy with the same sort of spatula you used. The butter separated and sat in liquid on top of the mixture. It was doughy, not smooth like yours. I attempted to mix the tbsp of Maple Extract in it but it too was liquid sitting at the top. So, so disappointed!
You should really list your ingredients and measurements in your description box. I just wasted money buying 2 big 22 ounce bags of white chocolate chips and followed your recipe exactly. The butter separated and the chocolate became very hard and not smooth like yours 😢
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you..and I do need to start putting ingredients on list..sometimes when you Southern people can't understand our language..lol..it was (2) 12 oz bags..I use real salted butter not margerine...depending on wattage of microwave..1000 watt..2 minutes should be plenty
It would have been really helpful if you told what size chips? This experience has really turned me off from watching or trying any other recipes from you!
Well, I am sorry it didn't work out for you..usually the chips is a 12 oz bag in most brands...but I noticed you said you put in 2 tbs of butter..it calls for 1 tbs...sometimes also if chips is old they don't melt as good as fresh..hope that helps 💜
OH GET OVER YOUR BAD SELF... In the video she shows you 2 Bags... it's not about the size of the Chips... They're going to melt all together.. it's about the SIZE of the BAG... This Nice Lady is taking her time and money to Show us a Great Recipe and then YOU are so Hateful and Mean and RUDE... Go AWAY if You do not like this video.. BYE BYE...

Thank you ❤ hope youns enjoy!!
I’m so going to make this.
Was it 3 tsp or 3 tbsp of maple extract and 12 oz size of chips? Thank you for sharing. I can't wait to make this. No fail fudge that looks delicious.
3tsps yes, and 2 -12oz bags of white chips..if you like a stronger maple flavor you can alittle more...or you can also not use as much..all on your taste
It looked like 24oz bags of chips to me?
Just found your channel. This is super yummy
Thank you!!
Where does the maoel flavor come in?. You never did say what the liquid flavoring you added was. Was it maple or vanilla?
Maple Flavoring extract..after you melt your butter and chips
Did you use maple extract
Yes
how long can this sit out?
In a airtight container be good for at least a week or little better
@@mommarachssoutherncookin3834 perfect! thank you
Could you please tell me how many grams of white chocolate chips you used?
They are 12 oz bags...I use 2 bags
Was that maple syrup extract?
Reg Maple extract...if you have a Mennonite or A Amish Store theirs is some best I've tried!!
Would Maplene work for this?
Yes, it should work..you might want to taste alittle bit, to see if you need to add little extra, in case the flavor might be alittle weaker..
No maple syrup? From where does the maple flavor come?
I use maple flavoring..I get from Amish or Mennonite Store!!
Can real maple syrup be used as a substitute for the extract?
Yes

I sure hate it didn't work out for you...if you cooked it to long in microwave..could have been what went wrong..
Did you use 12 oz bags of chips or the bigger size like she shows? That would make big difference.
Did u forget the maple in it ..??
I watched her put it in.

You are not smart. Ok😉
I watch this video twice it never showed her putting anything that was maple flavored into the fudge
Yes she did
