The Crown Vic at Night- A Blurry Mess

I already know, it's a crap video with lots of dead air and video close up of the dark. But I gotta start somewhere as I prepare to smog this car. Two months with no plates is a long time. When I first started repairing this car, there were 12 codes I had to track down and fix but now the codes are all gone!
