All the recommendations for masks and PPE are no joke. A good friend of mine died of liver failure at 27 yrs old. He was a body man that quite often didn't wear a mask and never wore gloves. You don't think about that stuff when you're young but you should! Otherwise great job fellas!!!

KEEP GRINDING HOMIES IT'S GONNA PAY OFF REAL SOON
If you take a water hose and you wet down the area where you're working the dirt, the concrete, the walls....just wet down everything. The water will actually hold down the dust from picking up while you're spraying and you'll get a cleaner job.
When you were adding the adhesion promoter to the fender flares over by the dirt you could see whenever you would pull the trigger that dust would kick up and if that area was just wet around there that dust would never kick up

wear gloves when handling paint thinner it will affect your liver
and a dust mask too, so that you can breath after finishing your project and for the rest of your life.!.
People don't realise anything you put into or onto a car is carcinogenic, just because it's on their hands it won't absorb into the blood stream. Handling brake fluid, engine oil etc with bare hands makes me flinch. A friend's dad was a mechanic and died of skin cancer because he didn't wear gloves.

you should put primer over the bondo might get rust later on esp with exposed metal also wherever theres rust/holes you should put primer inside it i saw a couple of your vids if you dont put primer on exposed metal it has the potential to rust again

Please wear at least a dust mask when sanding. And if you could show the vehicles afterward in a location that doesn't have dappled sunlight, that would help show the evenness or unevenness of the coating.

One other thing speaking from experience you should be spraying all bare metal with acid etch primer because even with that adhesion promoter for Plastics in hard-to-reach areas you should still be acid etching bare metal and you should wear safety glasses always only care about your long term health good job by the way keep it up

Quick question why don’t the wheels get covered?
A simple answers" The wheels doesnt get painted"they weren't using hvlp gun nor solvent base for paint,bedliner paint are like over spray free

I’m going to raptor my 86 K5 during thanksgiving break from college I’ve been prepping it when I get the chance. I did some body work in replacement panels but the body filler I used started chipping and getting pin holes when I sanded it down any tips or know what I did wrong?
