WILSON CREEK SUCKS!! JUMPING OVER A SINKHOLE??

- My boy CJ got me out in the forest just after a rainstorm! Trails where super wet but still had enough grip to keep a decent pace. Haven't had a big day in the forest to this was good to help get the pedaling legs back in shape. Only my second time in Wilson Creek and finding so many new cool trails that I will definitely want to get back to at some point. The huge Rock Slab was amazing to see. The views from up there where amazing and the grip on the slab was absolutely crazy. It was extremely off camber and pretty steep but the tires hug the rock like velcro.

looks pretty sweet. probably would be better dry, but looks like a fun one to ride slick too. the giant lake in the middle of the trail not so much.

Well, Wilson is part of Pisgah but to answer your question… probably the Ranger District (Avery, Bennett, Farlow, etc) because I know where everything is at.
Wilson is very remote and not all of the trails are on trailforks yet so I have to rely on someone to show me.
Wilson seems to have more tech though so far. Not quiet as fast but a good bit harder.
Do you cut off top of sinkhole to get to those slabs?
No, we rode past the entrance to Sinkhole. Rode Sinkhole last after hitting brown mountain

I found sinkhole on Trails Forks but can't find BM3 or BM9. Are these trails on MTB Project or Trails Forks?
Not on either. They’re part of the Brown Mountain OHV trail system. I’ve been told that they are on Hiking Project though
