Thanks a lot for this fantastic concert , a very great vibes, the complete art of Steve Coleman feature a great performers : Music ,vibes , roots culture ,dance ....a total artist A great moment of music Thx
This is so amazing. Perfectly embodies both the tension and the deep connection between the traditional and the modern. The two bands pull on each other, trading the lead role, and at times become enmeshed, creating a whole that is far richer than either of its parts. It's like hearing a society continually metamorphosing

he's surely a great musician and has got his place in afroamerican music hystory - genius? don't know... geniuses are rare... very rare. Louis Armstrong, Charlie Parker, Ornette Coleman, John Coltrane... I'm not sure he's in that ranking (and I'm talking about one of my favourite musican, a continuos source of inspiration). Nevretheless he's great...really great
This is be-bop not jazz anymore. This is my 10th time listening to this concert. A couple of times I practiced gembe drum with this. I just need a better speaker system to really hear it.
This is one of the greatest musical experiences I've ever listened to. Simply miraculous music.
That was the best Latin jazz ever.
Coleman was the musician in trend when I was teenager, I never heard so good from him.

Who knows who is the bass player?
I don't think that's David Dyson.
Maybe Reggie Washington? Him and keyboardist Any Milne were part of SC and Five Elements around the same era.
This is Anthony Tidd! :D
