“Make your environment look like your goals.” Very good point
Isn’t Gustavo such a wonderful, happy, guy! What a nice person!
That “modest” 7 day program has become very important to me, Gustavo! I am 35 pounds down because of you!
There are many people in my own family who will NOT listen to this message. For me it’s the only way. I love this way of eating.
Love these two guests ❤😊
This is a favorite, Rip! Love these two!! I hope you can interview them again...
I enjoyed this interview with both of them. Thanks for having them.
Very interesting and inspiring people. First saw both of them on Chef Aj. So glad to hear more about them. Looking forward to their book 🌺
for vegan recipes - finding them can be hard for argentina. Jewish argentinian recipes - even harder. But iranian jewish - that's pretty much impossible for me - until now! So this is really exciting to see - because I built (not fully - there's just so much to explore) an argentinian vegan database, I did find a few (maybe less than 5) jewish argentinian recipes among the hundreds for the country. However, iran has such a rich culture for colors, clothing, architecture even - that it also is rich for food. I've tried to make jewish vegan recipe databases before, but fell short - so this is a huge step forward. Honestly - there's going to be plenty of jewish recipes that're going to be extremely hard to find. Iranian might not be the hardest, but imagine iraq, syria, bahrain? It would be quite some lengths to get even a taste of so many countries in this region of the world - one would have to risk their life many times over to bring those recipes to the public, so this means so much in terms of vibrance to jewish learning - it's spectacular. It saves us all from needing to go at length to find what's in this book!
I am also interested in hearing the rest of what sounded like a very interested story.
What happened Shayda was telling her story and all of a sudden she’s talking a recipe. Did sound like a good one.
because that's how the book flows! The interview goes iwth it.
iranians tend to take pride in their vegan dishes from what I know

Shayda looks like she has a goiter?? She might want to have that checked out. Hope I’m wrong.
