  • SO, I needed to compare one splitter against the other. In the BLUE we have the all new SplitForce SF-11/16t and in the RED we have the Brute Force 20-24.
    The quick results:
    - Brute Force USA completed the task of splitting (5) rounds the quickest
    - Brute Force USA 20-24 completed 36 total cycles of the splitter cylinder for an average of 7.2 cycles per log round
    - SplitForce had some larger diameter log rounds
    - SplitForce completed 101 total splitter cylinder cycles for an average of 20.2 cycles per log round
    * NOTE: the Brute Force needs time added for loading the bag. The SplitForce's conveyor eliminated that step for a little efficiency & time savings.
The SplitForce made a more uniform split piece. The Brute Force is also a multipurpose work horse!
IN THE END I THINK IT COMES DOWN TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE.

Not sure there’s enough pressure to do that.

Yes great but with the brute force horizontal you need to go back and pick up and stack or bag the small pieces. Ron USCG RET

Yes sir. I do my best to not re-handle the pieces as much as possible.
