Plastic is softer and doesn't resonate the same way glass does when struck. Glass is known for that distinct ringing sound or a soft *tink* at the very least while plastic will almost always render a soft *thud* even for gentle taps. To perform this test, take a small rounded metal object like a penny or wedding ring.

Three is a weird number, and they are so big, but not big enough to sit outside on the ground or something? They don’t hang…they aren’t coffee table or bedside table lamps. That old Arctic research toy camp replica looks to be the one from the late late 50s early 60s that was actually a real research Camp that later disappeared due to some catastrophic accident. Suggestion If you have the time and interest to do further research on the actual real camp and location and history of it, it could turn out to be something more to it do to the actual history facts. However as we all know the older it gets the more it's worth. You've been sitting on this for a long time which is probably a good thing for Value reasons. With that all said and consideration I suggest which you probably already know go high even if you have to sit on it even longer and lower the price $5 or more every 30 days when the listing renews. In the old days we would run a auction on this to achieve maximum sale price at any given time. And as we all know eBay auction ain't what it used to be.
