Note to self: to blur the oval shape, make a solid layer, NOT a shape layer, so that the Gaussian blur can smoothly extend over the edges of the oval shape.

How do you create highlight and shadow with inner shadow? can you explain more about your setting?

Thank you! That part isn't explained, I know. I'm thinking about making a short video showing how, but its basically just adding Layer Style (Inner Shadow) to the layer. By adjusting the size and distance you can get a more blurry look. Once you have the shadow part done, precomp the layer (with an empty layer so there's two) and do the process again on top - but now with a bright color and Overlay mode. Hope that makes sense :)
