thank you so much for your motivation and I can feel the speech is coming directly from your heart without any prep! you are amazing! I am a dentist and I am in my final year of specialising in paediatric dentistry. I am trying to do all the steps but even if I give each topic 15 min, I won't finish my revision timetable !! I can't go faster than this, maybe there are other ways to manage my massive notes and to remember all the details. could you please give us advice about how to revise in more details. thank you again for your great videos and your effort. all the best🤍
Hi, first of all wow so proud of you!!! This is amazing and you should be very proud of yourself too :) in regards to revision, I really do believe the more you can effectively do the first three stages, the less time you’ll need for revision. This is especially important in curriculums like yours with so much content! The cadence I use for my learning system is topic-by-topic. Meaning when I prime, I’m doing it ahead of 3-6 classes which will allow me to take concise yet effective notes in each of them by just having spent about 60-90 minutes priming initially. Since you’ve properly prepared leading into your classes, you’ll have a much better ability to quickly and deeply process the information. With all the linkages you form to your big picture, you’ll find that your retention is much better than it otherwise would be. This way you won’t need to revise as much! For stage 4, ensure you are using spaced repetition and interleaving for your diagram III and active recall applications
1) Priming a) Diagram 1 - bigger picture and connections b) Pre-class test 2) In class notes a) diagram 2 - corrections to diagram b) key observations c) active recall questions 3) Post class immediate review - clean up in class notes a) consolidate info you remember b) identify weaknesses 4) Revision a) diagram 3 - simplifying and organizing information (concise and corrections) b) active recall i) blurting method ii) feynman technique iii) practice tests
From all the intervenants i have seen through their videos, you are definitely one of the few which made yours so relatable and understandable that I have started watching them. Thank you. Stay blessed✨️

you are so kind! the book is actually broken down into topics so there is a space for you to write down which topic and class it is for so you can use it across your classes however you'd like! this way you can also keep track of how you are filling out the book! in the case of easy elective classes, perhaps you only use the book for a few important topics, but for those content heavy classes you can use it for all your topics! hope this helps :)

But when i look at the topic, it's headings, sub headings, and key points i usually started to read each and every line to get the concept and then write all the headings, sub headings and those key words in my journel and try to describe it in my own words that what sense they make to me. Plz guide me am i doing it right or wrong. As in my case I am an. ACCA student and currently enrolled in theory subject.
Hey yuh! I’m a recent mom and wanted to restart career with transition of career and I’m not able make things rights managing things with the schedule of yours like reading and revision. Any help for kinda people like me
I don't think you need an "opinion" on that. Music with lyrics reduces your learning efficiency. Lofi isn't clear how it affects the learning process. If you need sound in the background, try brown noise or white noise (or any kind of noise you like), that actually boosts your focus and your learning abilities! 👍🏻
I also agree, usually I avoid listening to music to decrease the unnecessary dopamine. For work, I listen to 40hz binaural beats before working and sometimes listen to phonk for very repetitive tasks, which boosts my dopamine when I do repetitive tasks, which you can also try

Hey yuh!
I’m a recent mom and wanted to restart career with transition of career and I’m not able make things rights managing things with the schedule of yours like reading and revision. Any help for kinda people like me
How many times should I read the paragraph or page that I want to learn for the first time?
Please answer me
Hey Jun! I hope u notice my msg.... Actually I need to buy your book, can the books be shipped to international countries? And it is safe right?
What are your opinions on listening to music while studying..?
I don't think you need an "opinion" on that. Music with lyrics reduces your learning efficiency. Lofi isn't clear how it affects the learning process. If you need sound in the background, try brown noise or white noise (or any kind of noise you like), that actually boosts your focus and your learning abilities! 👍🏻
I also agree, usually I avoid listening to music to decrease the unnecessary dopamine. For work, I listen to 40hz binaural beats before working and sometimes listen to phonk for very repetitive tasks, which boosts my dopamine when I do repetitive tasks, which you can also try
Yeah it would be great but try to listen a non lyric music
Haha I love this community helping each other out. You guys are the best ❤
But I feel sleepy when I listen to 40hz binaural music while studying!!
Silly comment here but why does it seem like he uses a voice over?
Can the book also be used for highschool?
