That's sick. This spring I'm going to start a small farm here. Huge garden and chickens. The two go well together. Stocking up on canned goods, rice and beans. What are they talking about with this 6 percent inflation crap? I'm paying quadruple for a lot of things that you need to just live. I don't follow what's trending on You Boob so I haven't seen any of these grocery load out vids.
Stuff isn't cheap, but cooking from scratch helps a lot. I have tons of rice and beans stored up. I use the almond milk bottles to store them. If you keep tapping them on the counter top to get the stuff to settle they hold 7 or 8 pounds of pintos. The problem with chickens and a garden is you are pretty much always going to need to be there. You probably have a friend who can watch things while you're gone.
First I will build the infrastructure. Then if I see things beginning to collapse I will start the chickens off. I can buy chicks around ere for next to nothing. I have a friend I can just get them from for free. If the crap hits the fan we will all be staying home anyhow. I live in a farming community. I think that may help. I'm never gone for more than a week at a time anyhow and the garden will water itself.@@RippSnortin
That looks like some good healthy foods , I quit prepping so much as everything is so expensive especially if you want to eat quality food vers the not... it's rough out there
Yeah. It keeps going up. This came from a Supermarket in the next town. At the grocery store here in town it would have been close to double. I usually just get veggies there until l need enough stuff to drive the 9 miles. I stopped going to WalMart because it costs more in gas than what l save.
