Hi Brian, WOW, that turned out great!!! Thank you for sharing! Hugs and love to you and your family. ❤✝🤗 Have a beautiful and blessed week. God Bless ❤✝🤗
@@SmokeysCNCWoodworks I use lots of reclaimed timbers. Old furniture etc, it does need skimming to remove surface layer. & Often a feed of oil as it's old & dry. Downside is it's never regular sizes & needs the extra work & glue ups, but often beautiful finish of well seasoned timbers. Cutting into old pine releases that ...Mmm aroma. !!!
Lol, its beautiful out that way, but our grandson lives in the norther part of Oklahoma, so I Imagine we are going to moving closer to him, I'm still working on what i'm going to do with some of the wood you sent!! Thanks for watching!!
Yes, however I've just found its much faster to just run around the outside of something like this just once or twice with a straight bit and then cut it out with a saw
I love the video and hope to have my CNC in a week or two. I am new and learning so just wondering why did you use the jigsaw and not let the CNC cut the perimeter?
I could do the whole perimeter it would have however added another 35 minutes to the cut, I can use a jigsaw much faster....basically i'm to impatient and get tired of watching it go around and around......Thanks for watching!!!

Thank you, using Oak always make them look better in my opinion, it just cost a lot more per sign...Thanks for watching!!
Lovely job again Brian
Thank you, I'd love to do a lot of stuff in woods like Oak, but $$$$ stops me!!

You should look for a house in Arizona. Then I could come watch the cnc run. Good luck on the house and shop hunt.

Where did the rope file come from?
couldnt you run a profile toolpath and cut it out with the cnc ?
Yes, however I've just found its much faster to just run around the outside of something like this just once or twice with a straight bit and then cut it out with a saw

Great plaque. Really like the rope edge. Did you do this in Vcarve Pro? Thanks for sharing.
Its a Vcarve toolpath, Vcarve pro should be able to handle just about anything I do, I actually run Aspire....Thanks for watching!!
Great job as always, do you thin your paint for the sprayer?
Usually the only color I have to thin is yellow and green, I'm not sure why that is....Thanks for watching
Why in the world wouldn’t you have your cnc machine make that cut out?
How much for the file on this one?
A chance show a bit of tool path? Great work as always smokey. I use v carve pro
I can do some tool path stuff....or are you after this particular one? I can send the graphic...Thanks for watching..
Did you seen my homemade CNC mate
No I haven't...I'll run over to your channel and check it out!....Thanks for watching!!
