This video really reflects my present situation Last 3 months I started to be consistent and make constant withdrawals after 2 years of constant learning and blowing up accounts I really feel the lag between our growth from inside to the external accomplishments I’m funded in two different prop firms and I needed this video Very grateful for my journey and I wouldn’t change nothing

A lot of people judge your success as a trader by the glamorous things they see traders show off like cars and houses but the real success comes from being consistent
Your videos are not "click-baity" but they are filled with so much knowledge and good experience. The "internals" isn't talked about enough so thank you for going into depth on that topic! We have to make sure we do the "inner work" because we trade our perspectives of the market and you can only thrive once you are able to make your own analysis of the market and place your trades confidently based on YOUR analysis and nothing else. Thank you Hannah for always sharing and being transparent!
And self-sabotage has hindered me for soooo long. I have been reading some really good psychology/self-help books and meditating daily to get better at believing in myself. I believe in others more than I believe in myself and it should be the other way around. If you are reading this and feel like you aren't good enough or can't do something, stop thinking like that please. You have more ability than you can fathom, you just need to develop it. Show up EVERYDAY, put the work in and see how far you can take your skills. I'm rooting for you!!!
After the first week, I am currently up 4%! I typically just trade with the trend. I have a few different signature entries and exits and a few pairs that I look out for, and if the trade is not a minimum 1:2 risk/reward ratio, I don’t take the trade. I have only been risking .5% per trade this first week.

Same, this is my 5th month learning the market and I also felt like giving up many times when things don’t work out but I keep the same mentality of this being a life long skill and I’ll be patient until I finally master it no matter how long it takes.

I was under the impression that traditional candlestick patterns were only taught to retail traders so institutional traders could trade off your stop losses - all the currencies market does is find liquidity or stop loss orders and then moves in a direction. Its amazing how far you've come with these patterns but I would say that most professional traders use more advanced forms of derivatives (futures, options, etc.) and they definitely trade other assets (stocks, commodities, indexes) with more advanced analysis (order flow analysis, volume spread analysis, market profile, auction theory, mean reversion strategies, etc.) You can even hedge your position with options or trade non directional positions with volatility.
Really nice, great video, amazing how what you have gone through resonates with people whom stick at it, and are deadly serious about trading. So many sites, and people themselves call themselves traders, but until you are happy with your progress and are getting a level of consistancy which reflects your analysis, you are just a passenger, not the driver. What I have learned particularly with currency trading , PATIENCE , PERSISTANCE , PASSION, you must have these. They will give you CONSISTANCY.
