To clarify, you mean how are you going to stop doing the work yourself? Like how are you going to make it to the point where you have a self sufficient company where you have supervisors for your crews and you can focus on all the behind the scenes stuff of the company?
As a new entrepreneur whom just started a window cleaning company, what is the best approach to getting to a large corporate contract? Or how to get to high rise? I want to be able to bridge to a general contracting business, so I dont have to clean anymore. Appreciate the content, your videos have proved to be helpful.

I would do the window cleaning business as a side gig. I have a job that pays pretty good with benefits so I wanna do that and I get done early enough to do a few jobs after my main job.

if you need the money get Hands-On and hustle and get as much as you need, I'm on orders right now for an unknown matter of time and my company is being run by just one employee but he's working full-time and the profit is good.
