Hi Codie ❤ ,.. I just want to tell u that i watch
as many of your videos as i can to learn as much as i can. i cannot say that the content from your videos don't actually work bouz that wouldn't be the truth. The problem i'm having is my financial situation and it preventing me from being able to make the kind of money i know i'm capable of. i had to leave my county job in 2018 to care for my mom who was dying from cancer & now she is cancer free & imm stuck in a financial rut i can't seem to break free from. i will keep trying & won't ever give up & i will keep watching until i find something that i can do to get me out of this mess. keep up the awesome videos ❤you are a genuinely good person & there aren't a lot of pol like you left in the whole world 🌎 today ❤

Judging by most of the comments... no one here else has actually started and ran a window cleaning business.. its not as easy and wildly scalable as they are claiming here. Used to dig her content but man, so . much. cap. You have to scratch, crawl, beg your way to keep a full calendar cleaning glass. Yes its good revenue when the schedule is full, but you'll be selling non-stop 7 days a week to keep a full book. You'll spend stupid money marketing. Most window cleaners will average 85-115 per man hour worked ( key word worked), take out drive time, setup/tear downs, etc. Eateries (chilis', Applebees, chickfila type places are 40-50 bucks per cleaning. How long do you think it really takes to clean one of those? Hint: its more than an hour.
Not saying there isn't decent money to be made, its not a get rich quick or easily scaleable model, just more of this hype cap hopium the gurus are pumping. Yes you can spend 100 bucks in cheap squeegees and go clean some windows today. You will NOT get a sports stadium with cheap hand tools. We passed on a few medium commercial jobs for mid rise 3-4 story buildings because their insurance requirements would have made our policy increase more than the price of the cleaning itself. 4-5k jobs because the additional insurance coverages were near $4000. Don't quit your day job folks.

I find it funny when you see the headline say they started a business with only $500 for example and afterwards tell you can do the same. So come be apart of our franchise but you will need $50,000-$150,000. I looked into Codie’s franchises and the barrier to entry($$$$) is definitely not accessible to those who are passionate about owning their own business but lack the amount of capital the franchise is requiring.

Why not go to Home Depot and buy a bucket, squiggeez, and towels for under $500?

Do you have any advice for stay at home moms? Love your content but it's for people with the ability to just go and do things. I have a disabled daughter with significant health issues that I can't just put into daycare. Any love or insight for moms like us who need to be at home would be grand. I previously started a polymer clay jewelery business (tiny desserts etc) that did very well because I have the dexterity to do it right however it's time consuming. I recognize the need to do the work once and then have that work keep making me money however with the advent of AI I feel like work from home options are diminishing. As an example I'm great at photoshop and was thinking of using that to earn income however businesses are now using AI to generate what they need (even if it's not that great looking). So, I'm trying to but would love your insight if you have any. Thanks for all you do girl!

Not buying it. No way a window washing business is making 700K a year. Unless they are cleaning the windows on skyscrapers or something. Afterage cost to clean all the windows in an average house is only a few hundred dollars.

You can easily do $1500 a day 5-6 days a week and you’re looking at about $400,000 a year in revenue. It’s what we do and we only do residential. We add another route and it’ll be closer to what these guys are doing. Speaking from experience.
