Man, this was great...but your best as of late was driving all that way to Lunkers, as his solo hunt had him down. Rob sure perked up after you guys digested all the knowledge he had accumulated, developed a plan, and attacked. Firing up the bulls with your aggressive calling, spreading out, and looking at Rob's face as the plan played out for his shot...all on the last day of his hunt...Mahalo and Aloha from the Big Isle "🤙"

Never Have I seen that way of catching them pretty cool.
We do this in the gulf with King Mackerel. Hard to describe the work but imagine 100+ fish in a day with by catch. We have 3 planners and a bug reel working from 7am to 7pm. Auto pilot helps a ton.

Man my buddy and I almost got to go during this elk season. His uncle is a guide on the coast (oregon) and every day was just to windy! Got my elk though so it made the trip well worth it. But trust me I was dying to hand line some tuna!

I've never had fresh tuna. It seems they're not a lot of tuna caught in Lake Michigan.
aint gonna I despise canned tuna, but fresh caught is delicious. Same for salmon.
I subbed your guys page from Lunkers...was a cool thing ya did for him being his hunting Angles, although I would imagine it wasnt for free or a trade of some sort. With all the CV cameras that were there, it is ljnda funny nobody got a shot of Rob actually shooting the arrow at the elk..I have watched some of your videos and looking forward to the hunting ones in November. I live in Newport/Lincoln City so I always enjoy seeing Oregonians doing great things and loving life and y'all are.

I'll be totally honest, it was for free!! We just like to see people get out of their comfort zones. Rob is a great guy that is not afraid to learn. It was so awesome that we could help him out!!!!!!
Can you tell us what you are talking about? Lunkers? Rob? Do you know of any more peeps in the PNW that are on TH-cam? Moved from Vancouver Washington about 30 years ago, I know big mistake, and miss the mountians, elk, blacktails, river fishing and the lakes. Nothing like the PNW.
Melvin Dunn if you look up Lunkers TV on TH-cam you can watch his NM elk hunt where BRO came and helped him on his last day. Rob is the name of the guy they helped.
@@bornandraisedoutdoors even more respect to ya guys for doing it for free and helping him out, showing that there are still real, humble dudes left around.. most ppl these days wont help someone just to help them out either look the other way or except something in return, glad to know you didn't. I love watching you guys energy and the love you have for each other, the hunt, nature and life in general. Ole Lunkers is great guy. Be pretty cool if you guys did more stuff with Rob, the boys and perhaps Mullet Man...show up for Googan week and be on the podcast maybe Also Rob who is Deer Meet for Dinner, I think that be an awesome match up and sharing the knowledge yall have with each other..he had teamed up with Silver Stag from up in Blaine, Wa and has own line of knives, which he is always sharpening and watching him skin and process an animal is amazing.

What are you going to do with all those little tuna ? Down hear in Australia we call those albacore tuna . But we like fishing for blufin tuna . The boys speared 2 blufin last week a 90kg and a 120kg fish . You lads should head down hear some time and check it out . Ps you can hunt deer all year round hear in Victoria. Sambar , fallow , rusa , red deer , axes and you can hunt little hog dear in April they are the only ones you need tags for and that have a season for hunting. O and there are elk hear 2 but they cross breed with the reds

I just clicked on the link for SHARKEY'S CHARTERS - sharkyscharterfishing.com/ and when I did it brought me too a web page for Interpol saying that the web site does not exist anymore. What the heck is that all about? Did you guys break the law and go over your quota????? Is this happening to anyone else who clicks on the above link? Other then that this video is way to funny and enjoyable to watch. Looking for the first episode of this years Elk season. Think you said it was coming around November 1st or so. Patiently waiting here in Nova Scotia...:-)
