I saw that too lol 😂
Thanks for sharing brother
It's always a fun time when you have two fish on at once. Nice size Red right there! Great video 🤙🏻
You have beautiful patio area. Glad you caught something good to eat.
...wonderful video...what a life!...cat fish are 'D' licious...never heard of hard head catfish...but...ahhhhhhh...what a life...Our Incredible, Wonderful, God Almighty has supremely blessed you...Understand your enthusiasm...my hat is off to you...❤
Beautiful scenery,great video thanks!
Can’t wait to see the Australia fishing series. That’s easy for me to say because I’m not footing the bill but would love to see someone sponsor a trip for you and Melanie to make a series of “down under” catch and cooks. 👍👍
Cheers good action, and the deck area is really nice!!
The Heat has been Unbearable and extremely hard to breathe outside! I've been holding out being on the water in my area for freshwater. It's definitely a good way to drop from heat stroke
Always the best views and commentary. Love the videos
Great video as always Brant lights red on the light tackle fun fight👍
Nice red LOL got to love the talk and text sometimes
Once again happy monday! Fresh video right after work hahaha and I could have swore I heard you whisper to yourself it's a shark lol
Cool video Brant , great information and awesome catch and cook
Beautiful outdoor cleaning station! One recommendation. Marble, tile, ceramic, similar materials are absolutely horrible for your knives! Great for cleanup, but they will destroy your blades.
Mackerel is a common fish used in cat food. 😂
Good thing you're telling people to be sure not to step on a ray. A friend of mine stepped on one while looking for scallops and it was months before she could walk normally. The ray's barb is full of bacteria.
Personal experience - you do NOT want to have one of those barbs in your foot. We catch them frequently on a pier in the Fernandina Beach, FL area and usually we step on the tail and pull the barb out. I was stepping down on the tail and WHAM - straight into the top of my foot and almost all the way back to my ankle. It was a mess, got infected, and can vouch on it being a couple of months before walking normally after that.
Hadir pendatang baru kawan ikut nyimak video ini keren sukses slalu salam fishing salam sehat selalu buat kita semua ❤❤❤❤❤
Not too smart to be wading when rays or sharks are in the area. Some of these guys do the silliest things to get views or likes.
See your backyard squirrel at 24:38 may need a guest appearance 😂
Good video like always! We will be heading that way next week. We are stopping in gulf shores first and I’m gonna check out your store. I need some gear for surf fishing.
I got into some big blues in Ponce Inlet back in April. Caught a couple over 30”! It lasted for about a week that they were in there, I’d never seen big blues like that in that part of Florida it was awesome they were hitting everything I threw threw at them from soft plastics to spoons and xraps and top water!
I’ve been lucky to hook into a few double digit Spanish mackerels here in Texas all over 30in
Awesome video as always!!! I find that I have several Australian subscribers also but I’m a crochet/ Christian based channel I also share about my weight loss journey I’m down 160 pounds since last year 😮. Anyway probably been a watching your videos about a six months or so before I started my own channel which will be 3 years next month. Much love to you and Melanie from Louisiana!
Been pulling under slot reds and flatties out of that same spot the last couple weeks. Great video as usual
Padre is awesome
That’s why I use one bait rod and one active rod when beach fishing cause whenever you put one rod down to check the other that’s when the rod you don’t have in your hand takes off it never fails 😂 another trick to get a hit is to start to eat your lunch 😂 and then boom the action turns up
My Pawpaw taught me the easiest way to clean a fish was to hang it up and wipe it's tail !! He would always say that I didn't catch the fish ,,, the hook did ! As soon as I was old enough to understand and do as I was told we were fishing in the Chattahoochee River or Osanippa Creek . As I got older we would be trolling for bass in Lake Hardin also known as the Back Water by locals . That's when I got acquainted with Pflueger Supreme Cub reels , Black braided line and Bomber lures ! I have 4 of his rod and reel set-ups and 123 Bomber Bait company lures ,,, about a fourth of them never used and in their original boxes and starting in 1946 . I'm 60 now and still miss him , so many stories and so many things he taught me
I’ve caught my biggest inshore species of fish on the tiniest of baits! One of my biggest snooks here in SW FL was on a small tiny shrimp that was dead so I ripped its tail and sent the hook through the shrimps tiny little body. It was a PB snook at the time. Like 25 - 30 inch snook.
Brant, when your feel like shore wading in board shorts let me know, I live near the east coast, fish two spots for 18 years and my spots provide meat. Between Oak hill and Melbourne that can be fished same day no issue. Fun is on, pick your fish, tarpon, flounder, mangroves, snook, pompano, gator trout, and of course my fave the reds. Like your style, gave up my boat a few years ago just to fun fish, retired but can’t sit around when I can fish😎Touch base if you get in the area sometime.
Need a brave heart sword holder to carry one rod on your back so both rods get waded out at the same time.
Good fishing brother and as usual the food looked delicious!!!
Awesome stuff big fan from Destin
Let’s go🎉
Make sure the planters get sun all day, unless you put shade loving plants in them.
Another great video Brant ! Hey man have you ever considered using a Rc bait boat to get your line as far as you want ?
I always cleaned up if I could net up greenbacks when they were running for bait.
Fresh fish is best fish :) love the catch n cooks
Let's eat!!!!
Enjoying your videos
Hey Brant I saw one of your videos you are somewhere on a bridge on the river and showing down the river…It's really amazing to see how vibrant the underwater life is there. I am from Turkey,İn my opinion İf its in our rivers they dont left one single fish there . Can you explain more clearly how they maintain this biological life everywhere, even though fishing continuous
You are wading out further than I would because rays are a favorite food of sharks. I would be crabbing……boy, I would love to have some blue crabs!
Love your videos, wish I could go fishing where you fish
So you've got a 9ft rod & I'm guessing the line is light enough for good casts? I'd much rather fish w/ lighter lines for the longer
casting & it's a greater feel fighting a fish. It requires you have a good reel(smooth drag) & know how to use it. I know you do
but I see lots of folks that have such heavy line that when they flip the bail the line acts like a "slinky" as the line spools out.
I laugh at them but I can't use really heavy line when casting/working bait. Great videos man, I can feel the fun of it. peace
Tony's has another "blue label" that has a lot less salt. I started using it in 1977 when I moved to New Orleans & never
could stop using it on foods. It's an all in one type of seasoning... Love the back cooking area. Bad arse'd, yes siree!
great video!
Everglades seasonings! You know the deal! With Toni,s
Hardheads are good eating if you soak in buttermilk then wrap in bacon fry and then cover in sweet baby rays! 😳
I’ve got to say, I’ve been fishing a long time and have never heard “trash can slam.” That said, there’s no better description for those 3…catfish/ladyfish/stingray
What ounce lure did you use ? Thanks Brant 🤙🏼👊🏼🍻🎣
1.5oz ES casting metal
@@AnglerUpTv thanks for the quick reply. I wanna grab a few of those lures from your store. Going to put an order in tonight.
long time subscriber, what sunglasses u wear, cause you can see fish better than anyone i've ever seen.
Hey Brant, I’m a new subscriber and live in Kentucky. But my wife loves to go to Florida and I really like to fish there. The beach you are on looks like the Gulf Shores around Fort Pickens were we went last year? I did not get to fish there much because we got run out by the weather. Is that beach you are on near there?
Got a question.
Is it better fishing a few days before or after a neap tide ?
Catching Reel Memories.
I appreciate your years of experience.
Coming to Ft Walton Beach August 17. I’ve never fished when there before. Pier fishing seems hectic for a newbie but would you recommend just fishing from the beach for less stress?
Nice one.
I think you're wasting your olive oil. Maybe season it in the pan.
Straya!
Nice Cat.😂
7:15 big tarpon or something jumps out of water in backround
Brant, what camera are you using on a tripod? The picture quality is excellent.
nice of the ladys to unhook themselves
What’s that setup you was using to cast the lure at the end? Casting a mile
Nice
👍
W vid❤
Did you scale the mackerel or are they too small to bother?
the scales are so small it really won't make a difference
did anyone notice his shirt was inside out the whole video.
What is wrong with hardhead catfish?
Do you ever sharpen your hooks ?
What are the rod, the reel and the line used?
I really hate to see you work so hard cleaning that fish😢,😅😅😅😅
Were you petting it like a dog or getting the sand off?
OK, SILLY QUESTION, WHY DON'T YOU SET THE HOOK LIKE YOU DO IN FRESHWATER?????????????????
Because we have on circle hooks. They set themselves
Have you ever eaten stingray?
Hard head still good
