The RIVAL Spider Mount 200: Unboxing & Install

We added a heavy bag to the gym at Christmas...To our surprise, when we used it the upstairs floor, cabinets and countertop in our kitchen shook immensely!!!
After being shown The RIVAL Spider Mount by my wife and daughters boxing coach, we immediately new this would be the answer!!!
Night & Day difference...Highly recommend if you're in the same boat as we were.

6:37 Could you tell me where you got the original mount? That mount seems quiet and sturdy and I would like to use it with a spring. Thanks in advance!
